Hand and Stone is not a very impressive company. There are a few things that they as a company do to discourage outstanding customer service. For example, if I want to transfer a credit to my husband, I have to pay $10 per credit transferred. We moved from CO to UT. My “home” location is in CO. I have to personally call them every time I want to transfer a credit. I can’t simply transfer my “home” location. I have to cancel the membership altogether then sign up in UT. No thanks. Given the service I’ve received I don’t wish to continue with H&S. The therapists are hit and miss. More than once I’ve walked into the building without being greeted or even acknowledged. The facials I’ve gotten are underwhelming. The policies have changed more than once in the last year and some are up to speed while others are not. It can get a little confusing. Anyway, I’d suggest finding a different membership spa and spend your money elsewhere.

Love the place and the therapist (unfortunately forgot his name) who gave me an amazing prenatal massage! Very patient and listens to what you need and although I got there a few min late he was nice enough to give me the full massage. Left there feeling light and ready to sleep as much as my big 9 month belly allows me to!

Got a massage from Paul who was GREAT. Did very well with communication, amazing stretching with the massage, and great knowledge and intuition on how to provide the best service. The customer service and scheduling was great too

Massage therapist was excellent, I just wish he worked for a different company- I scheduled a same day appointment. 5 minutes after I scheduled it I got a text indicating that they were going to charge me 2x as much as the price online because the price online was the “introductory” price. The online system shouldn’t have made that price available if it wasn’t actually available. Furthermore, if I decided to cancel I would be charged a “same day cancellation fee,”even though I’d only booked it 5 min earlier and booked under false pretenses. This is the same company that took like $1000 worth of membership credits from me five years ago because they don’t like to tell you the credits expire and can’t be transferred. I’m glad I went through with the massage because it was good, and I can’t blame the workers for the fact that they work for a greedy corporation (I’m sure they are not treated well), but I definitely won’t be back. But sincere thanks to the therapist for helping my shoulder feel better.

This is my second time here, This is the Best place to get a foot and back massage, but when an instrument falls down to clean the skin around the nails, they don’t change the instrument, they just throw alcohol, it’s best to replace it. The staff is excellent

Mediocre massage - nice therapist (Ariel) but after the short 40ish minutes I got, she spent most of the time just pushing her finger on “pressure points” - my shoulder was still sore, my neck tight. Hardly any sweeping motions or actual massaging was used. She came out to the lobby late, and then by the time I was on the table and was told my 50 minutes was up, I calculated I had only been massaged for about 40 minutes. It was almost not worth the $55 I paid, and I’ll be sticking to Sego Lily. It felt like I was at a massage school, not a spa. Kudos for the nice decor and friendly front desk, but not the massage.

I have been coming here for YEARS with my wife and we just got a massage from Arial. She is the best at her craft I’ve ever experienced. Please ask for her and see for yourself. Absolutely life changing! Thank you, Arial!
