My experience with Southtown Mitsubishi was exceptional! The vehicle we wanted is not easy to find! And the ones you could find were marked up like crazy!! After several weeks, they were able to find exactly what we wanted. They gave us a great price on our trade in. We could not be happier!

Tl;dr: The dealership is quick to respond to inquiries but is not forthright when it comes to pricing or policies on fees. The car I'm interested in has been on their lot for almost 2 months and was involved in an accident. Whether it was severe or moderate was not disclosed via CarFax. Mo gave me incorrect info on what body shop was used for repair. Bottomline: the car is overpriced and I can't verify what shop did the repair or what maintenance was done. So what I'm left with is to make a low offer. WARNING: Unless a "manufactured certified shop" is involved, you won't know if OE parts were used or if the paint is high quality. For example, if the door was pushed in, many non-certified shops will fill it in with bondo rather pound the door out. Non-certified shops are more likely to do the repair cheaply. That's not to say that non-certified shops won't do it properly. It depends on how reputable these shops are. My Experience: I contacted them about a 2015 Mercedes which had been in an accident in Canada. I spoke with David and then Mo followed via text and email which are automated. David wasted no time in contacting me. Mere minutes. When I asked David are you willing to negotiate, he hesitantly said no and then said "What are you thinking?" I said "I don't know until I look at it more." He was clearly interested in gathering info. David also told me that the vinyl blacking out the chrome was removed. When I asked "Why did they do that?" He said "I don't know maybe it was peeling?" It's a b******* answer. I'll tell you why. They removed the black vinyl around the window because these knuckleheads thought it would improve the resale value. That's not a modification from factory specs guys. When I explained via email that I had a lack of info on the repair, what maintenance was carried out, and that my offer would be low they did nothing. I got a text from MO saying "noted." I further stated that if documentation could be provided than the car is worth more. Again nothing. Rather than enter into discussion in good faith, they ignored my requests and responded with the superficial drivel of "this is not the car for you."Evidently the clown car is parked out back! Avoid these guys.

Stay away. Finance manager is dishonest on the services and warranties they offer. The vehicle they sold us was a lemon car. I would never recommend my friends, family, and anyone I know to shop here.

If I could it would be zero stars. They sold my family a lemon car. Fiat 500 was driven for about a few months and the transmission went out. Finance manager advised us the vehicle had a warranty. Once we brought the vehicle in all of sudden it never had one. DECEIVING LIARS.

Don’t trust these guys. Lied to my sister about a warranty and after her driving it for a few months the car isn’t even drivable. Terrible! Way to leave someone in debt. So deceitful.

Bait and Switch at its finest!Not impressed! Pace Collester is a sales representative for the group. Disappointed in his sales tactics and more disappointed in his passive aggressive approach when he could see the deal wasn’t going to happen. We are selling a clean Audi Q5 privately. Pace reached out to us making an offer that was below our asking price; however, we have a new vehicle arriving this week and are motivated to sell. Sacrificing a few dollars to ensure my wife’s safety seemed worth the lower price. We had other offers but I didn’t want her meeting a stranger. Having my wife go to a dealership seemed like a safer alternative. I had to work today and was unable to go with my wife to the dealership. She reached out to Pace confirming her busy schedule but willing to run by the dealership to sell her car if the offer was still good. He ensured her it would be quick and at the offered price. 2 hours later, Pace and team told my wife she had $5000 in repairs. We had already had an offer for $1000 less on trade in towards ordered vehicle but thought we would make a little money selling on our own. BAIT AND SWITCH at its finest. Total scam attempt on a female. And the approach of Pace in the end was unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. Not representative of the reputation and brand I believe Vance and Harrison Imports are looking for.

Waste of time! They offered to buy my car for a specific price over the phone. Once I got to the dealer they dropped their offer by almost 20 percent!!!! Any items they mentioned to justify the difference were clearly visible in pictures they saw. Clearly shady tactics just to try and get you in the door.
