Dr. Brooke Hansen is my obgyn and delivered my baby last year! I had Cynthia that helped with prenatal visits too. HONESTLY every time I visited either here or LDS hospital women center, it was the most positive/kind/Efficient. Everyone was so kind and nice. Very thoughtful and relatable. I recommend all my friends to Dr. Brooke Hansen

Just let everyone know there is no pediatric care outside of the regular doctors. Have to go to primary children's. All doctors are for adults .

NEVER GO HERE! Service is extremely slow, probably due to the understaffing. Wish this company cared more about what the customer experience looks and feels like. Won’t be going here again.

I take my kids here to the pediatrician Dr Sabey. Honestly thinking about taking them elsewhere since their original doctor retired. The staff is not really friendly. I also came here one time & one time only to see OBGYN Dr Yorgason who made me feel completely uncomfortable my entire visit & seemed to be very judgmental. After seeing her I had a miscarriage shortly after & there was no follow up or anything from her team & no care in the world. I went back to my original OBGYN who is 25 miles away & is soooo much better. This entire clinic seems to treat people of color a certain way.

If I could give zero stars I would. This clinic was terrible! My friend went here after an accident and they didn’t help her at all. The doctors and nurses were judgmental, and when she said she has pain in her elbow they x-rayed her shoulder, told her nothing was wrong and sent her on her way with a sling. We are now at a different doctors office and it turns out she fractured her elbow! Along with this, they told her they would write her a letter dismissing her from work, never gave it to her, and when she called this morning asking for one, they told her they couldn’t actually write her one. If you could go to any other clinic besides this one, please do so. Do better!☹️

I took my friend in to have his leg checked out, the nurse came out and told me to take my friend to the er. My friend told me they told him they wouldn't do anything for him, come to find out it was a infection like a staff infection, don't you guys have Dr's that know what they are doing???

Went in with my daughter-suspected strep throat. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. Sat in a room for over an hour, nurse came in aggressively swabbed my daughter throat. Never came back in. Waited for doctor for over an hour just for him to say we will swab her throat and if it’s positive send prescription. He never looked at her hardly said anything to us then left. I had to find a nurse in the hallway and ask if the test was positive and where they had sent medication for me to pick up.Was making payments every month on the bill $500 total-paid $100 EVERY MONTH, never missed a payment. Sent me to collection 3 days before I made my final payment of $100. This is by far THE WORST place I have ever had to deal with.

The staff is friendly, but this is the least organized office I have ever been to. It took them 3 weeks to order 2 prescriptions for me, and when I finally got them they were wrong. They lost 2 faxes, failed to tell me that my insurance was not accepted, and did not cancel an appointment after I called them to cancel it.

Absolutely horrendous and rude customer service. I called to figure out some issues recently and the receptionist was hostile and standoffish with an attitude while I was trying to remain calm. This is NOT the first time either. Almost every time I go or call this clinic, they are not helpful but instead acting like I am burdening them by asking them to do their job. I have been calling for weeks and it seems that no one has any idea what it is I am asking them to figure out.

Ashely Kernan and her assistant Alexis are absolutely amazing. I was in a car accident. She got me in the very next morning my head was killing me and she did everything to try to make me comfortable. Most doctors wouldn’t even get you in the next day I have never had a bad experience with her. She’s always been absolutely amazing, you can tell she truly cares about her patients which is really rare to find these days. I am so thankful that she is my doctor. I cannot say enough good things about her and her assistant is amazing too. She knew I had a headache and when I had to come back, make sure to get me in the room so I didn’t have to hear children screaming. I was so tired and in pain I was so thankful for that just doing those extra things makes all the difference they are both truly amazing people.

When my OBGYN retired I was so nervous to find a new one especially since I loved my old one so much, but I have absolutely loved Dr. Doctor! She explains everything very well and makes sure that I’m always comfortable! Not only is she professional, but she remembers little details about me and it makes me feel good coming back here! I’m happy to say that I found an even better OBGYN than before:)
