We went there for several issues on our RV. They changed oil and filters correctly.
They fixed the cable for the spare wheel correctly.
They changed our Firestone airbags but they didn't checked the airlines. So 2 weeks after I noticed both were flat (0 PSI). I went to another shop to change the faulty airlines...
They told me that the park brake was fine even if asked 2 times to fix it. At the end, I went to another shop to fix it and yes, it was so loose that it was useless. Now I have a working park brake.
So happy for the periodical maintenance and the spare wheel but really disappointed for the airbags and the park brake.

AMAZING shop!! We took a potential new ( to us) car to them for a quick inspection. The got the car in right away and when they found issues, they didn't charge us. Very friendly and helpful people. I will come here from Idaho when I need new tires!!

I cant recommend this place enough, the fine folk that work here aren't cheery in hopes to get your money, they care about each and every single person that walks through those doors. I had the pleasure of catching a worker making a pit stop who let me know I had flats and that he'd take care of me if I stopped in, waited about 10 minutes or so and he personally came up to me to let me know I was all set and that he was more than happy to help and glad it got fixed before I tore through a brand new tire. Show these folks all the love you can!

Looked for a olace to do a snow tire change over on a busy day. Jays was the third place i tried. They said they could fit me in, might take an hour or two.
They completed it in less than an hour, and charged a more than reasonable price. I’ll be coming back.

Jonas N. walked my fiancee and I through everything. My truck needed an oil change and Jonas ran a full checklist of the condition of my entire truck! He did the same for my fiancee's car and got her new brakes for a better price than any other tire shop would offer us! Took us in same day and got our cars back to us same day too. Really nice guy and great team behind him, thanks Jonas!

I went to pick up my car yesterday and they told me they parked it out front with the keys in it, they didn’t, they parked it in their fenced off area(locked) so I drove 20 minutes for nothing, then we try again today. This time they did park it out front with the keys LOCKED IN THE CAR, I had to break into the car to drive it away. BS, atleast the car is moving now.

We had a tire puncture at 5:30am while starting a multi-day road trip back home to Texas. Jay’s Tire Pros was not only open well before anyone else in the area, but they also quickly repaired our flat, got us back on the road in no time, and didn’t even charge us for the repair. What could have been a stressful, trip-ruining experience turned into a reminder of how great customer service can be. Wish more businesses operated like Jay’s—honest, helpful, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!
