Front desk and phlebotomist (Susan) were great. Easy check-in. The only negative is the really long walk-in wait (2 hours for me).

Scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, two people that arrived after me were taken first even though they had appointments after me. I was there for a very short test that took less than 2 minutes.

My experience was really positive here. The receptionists and phlebotomists were incredibly kind. It was also very quick, even without an appointment. Janelle was my phlebotomist and did a great job finding my tricky veins.
