Absolutely horrible. I needed a blood transfusion and the bed side manor was insane and the night shift nurse was training someone and they just argued the whole time IN FRONT OFME. so unprofessional. They also got blood all over me and let it sit on me for 2 days. I hated this place.

I wish I could give two reviews. The staff was outstanding wonderful people who genuinely cared about their jobs in the overall process was run efficiently getting us in quickly and attending to our needs. The issue I have is that just like every other healthcare facility these days it represents everything completely broken and wrong with their healthcare system. Find out broke her arm and for three hours stay in an x-ray. The bill came out to $16,000 🤯. How is this even possible? The actual costs have to be a tiny fraction of that they’re in only cost in healthcare is because there’s no accountability in these facilities can mark up however much they want without any consequence. Our insurance plan for this place and networks are out of pocket came to $5000 but even at that amount for a short stay in an x-ray. It still feels absurd. I wish there’s more I could do, but I’ll do what I can by voicing my frustration and leaving your review and hope that lots of small voices can lead to some actual change for the cost of healthcare and it would be nice to see it. Start at a local facility like Lakeview hospital, taking their own steps to bring the cost down by running a more efficient operation and charging a reasonable price.

Our nurses were so attentive and sensitive to our individual situation. We had many different nurses checking in on us and giving us support. My son struggles with needles ivs etc, he had to wait 90 minutes with an Iv in before going to surgery. It’s the first time he hasn’t passed out, he was close that’s for sure, but the flow of different nurses coming in to check on him and ask him questions helped us get through! We could feel that everyone cared about us and we appreciate it so much.
Ellen was our first nurse who showed so much care and attention and Malika was our post surgery nurse who was so fun. We will definitely recommend lakeview surgical center to anyone! Thank you 🙏

The whole process from check in to the leaving went great. The nursing staff was great treated me great, along with my wife.

The nurses are absolutely amazing. I cannot express in words how kind and capable they are; they took great care of me. On the other hand, the physicians/doctors seem to care much less.

I went into septic shock and was in the ICU for a week and a half then a different unit for several days. The nursing staff was very skilled, empathetic, kind, and easy to talk to. McKayla, Kristy (RT), and Angel especially made my experience easier and I didn't feel like just another patient. I wish I could remember everyone involved in my care to express my gratitude. Thank you from my heart!!
