I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and while the buying experience itself was pleasant, I encountered a major issue afterward. Shortly after, I discovered that the tires were nearly worn out when I had to replace them due to nails. Two tire shops confirmed that the tires were beyond repair and needed immediate replacement. When I reached out to the dealership for assistance, they offered to swap out the tires, but by then, it was too late as the tire shop had already replaced them. Instead of reimbursing me for the two bad tires, they offered a minor solution. To make things worse, they claimed I may have swapped out the tires since their records showed they were good, which was frustrating considering the evidence from two separate tire shops. Moving forward I will not be doing any future business with Larry H miller and will make sure my friends and family steer away from doing business.

Went in for oil change. They did their normal good job. I have been a loyal costumer for several years. And brought multiple cars form Larry H Miller. I was very disappointed when I learned you have increase the 3 oil change package from $90 to $160. It is now cheaper to purchase the oil change one at a time. That is a 78% increase to a person who pays up front and lets you use the money prior to providing the service. I can understand a need to increase prices but 78% is out of line. The package has been a way for you to make sure customers returns to your service facility each time. I feel, with the huge increase and your loss of appreciation for a long time loyal customer that I need to find a new dealership that really does appreciation a loyal customer. It is now car shopping time again for me but I will be looking elsewhere this time. Sorry, I have enjoyed and valued your service and loyalty over the past many years.

The workers were nice, but service was very slow. I waited an hour and a half for an oil change, even with a reservation. If it had been a busy day I'd understand, but as far I could tell I was the only customer at the time.

Awful experience. We've bought 2 vehicles from LHM Bountiful in the last 10 years. Service has been hot and cold but this last time was the worst. My husband took his truck there for repairs after hitting a pot hole. In the end they had it for over 2 months. They kept telling us we're waiting on parts, etc. After about a 1 1/2 months my daughter decided to drive by, she took a video showing it hadn't been touched. Then they tried pulling one over on our insurance company, over charging for agreed upon prices.
They lied about taking it to the body shop, they didn't. My husband had upgraded his shocks and had spoken to them about it. After the body work they took it to get aligned, this is when we found out they put factory shocks on, mind you this is one side only....and they put on the wrong size tire. In the end our insurance paid for the right shocks and having us take it somewhere else to get them installed. As of right now we're waiting on the shocks to arrive and reimbursement for the tire. My husbands truck is lop sided and low on one side. It's been over 3 months and we're still not done

Stopped by to have my RAM 2500 serviced, and without going into fine detail, was told that I was good to go and the vehicle had been repaired. Was given my keys and paperwork with a smile. As I was walking away however, I began to read the paperwork I was given and saw that no work had actually been completed, and nothing was fixed. Why not tell me up front that they could not fix the problem? Upon further conversation with the service manager, I was told I need to buy wheels in order to get back to stock specs so they could fix the problem. Well, after some back and forth, it was made clear they would try to “borrow” some of those wheel from their stock just to get my truck up and running and then put my aftermarket wheels back on. Well… no. Not what happened. I get a notice the next day that the “fix” was buying $5k worth of wheels in order to fix the issue. Even my aftermarket wheels (tires and all), didn’t cost $5k. So to spend $5k on stock wheels as an answer to fix the problem?? Sorry, but that’s not what we talked about. It’s as simple as recalibrating the ride height while on the stock wheels, then just putting the aftermarket’s back on. Done.
Tell me to go F myself without telling me to go F myself… I had planned on buying the new Ramcharger from this dealership, but I’ll drive further south for it based on the service I got at this place.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with the service department, and on reading other reviews it seems to be a common issue. I made an appointment for a Monday morning to get a mechanical issue on our door figured out. After not receiving any updates, I had to call multiple times to get ahold of anyone. It took them four days before they even started the diagnosis. When I asked why I was able to make an appointment if they were too busy to look at my car, they said everyone has had to wait multiple days. It just doesn't make sense why they would schedule me if they did not have the availability at that time. I would have even appreciated them giving me the option to hold on to my car and then drop it back off when they were ready. Communication seems to be a big issue.
They suggested the battery needed to be replaced first for $350, and then when that didn't fix the problem I opted to take it somewhere else. When I picked up the car, the door that was being worked on was still taken apart so I had to wait for that to be put back together. After taking it to a local mechanic, they let me know that multiple screws were put in the wrong place and some were even missing, which led to further issues. I would not recommend coming here for anything more than an oil change.

Having an issue with a two year old truck is never something anyone wants to deal with it, pack on a trip where the truck is needed in that same week and on comes a whole new level of stress.
Not only did they get the truck into the shop within 24 hours of the issue happening, but they were able to complete the service within 3 days to where we were still able to make it on our trip.
Thank you to all the technicians and Nicole who helped us through all the phone calls and coordination.

Shawn and Luke and the entire team took great care of us. NO-pressure buying experience, pretty transparent on the pricing, and IT DIDN’T TAKE 3-5 HOURS TO DO THE DEAL!!!!!
I’ve walked away from good deals just because the dealer drags their damn feet on paperwork. The LHM team were patient, cordial, professional and has us out the door in under 90 minutes!!! That’s pretty amazing when you consider they had to drive and evaluate my trade it, credit app, loan funding, BS government paperwork, washed, waxed, and detailed my new ride, handed me keys and I’m driving away.

PS During first 3 weeks of ownership, front lights started flickering. Turns out they were after market LED’s that replaced factory halogens and the computer had to be recalibrated for LEDs. Should have been a $185 charge but after talking with Brian (GM), he agreed they should have caught that in their “certified pre-owned” check and it cost me $0.00!!! Integrity = Doing the right thing, even when no one is looking!! Great job, LHM & Brian!

Did paperwork wrong had to go back In 2 weeks after original purchase and redo papery. Still didn’t get it all and had to sign additional paper over 3 weeks after.

Sam, Luke and GT did a great job helping find the right truck for me, I went in without a direction in mind and left, confident in my decision. There was a bit of a miscommunication but they helped me get squared away. I’m really happy I chose this dealership and will go out of my way to work with them in the future.
