I have been working with Vernalie White on my end of life plans and must say that she has made this process easy to deal with. I appreciate her and the team at Memorial Lakeview Mortuary. My wishes are a little complicated and she has been wonderful to work with and very patient with me and my questions. These details should be done by everyone before passing, and I appreciate the understanding of my needs.

I couldn’t say enough good things about Lakeview Mortuary and Cemetery. My father passed away in May, and we need to bury my father within three days after his passing. Vernalie white, who is the director of Lakeview mortuary, helped us to get the funeral ready in a matter of a few days. We were able to get my father buried in a beautiful and peaceful cemetery. Unfortunately, my mother passed away in December the same year while traveling, Vernalie reached out to a specialized travel agency to bring my mother’s body back to Utah to be buried. This time, both Jessie and Vernalie helped us, they went extra miles to make sure we had what we needed. I am extremely impressed with their kindness and professionalism. Lakeview Mortuary Bountiful provides full services, from a plot, casket, personalized mortuary services, private family viewing to graveside funeral services. I was just grateful that I didn’t have to coordinate everything during those difficult times.

Kendra was absolutely amazing to work with for my father’s needs! Highly recommend yall coming to see her for your needs. You should really look into pre-need spaces and such as it will save you money in the long run. Go see Kendra!

This was an incredible experience to work with them for my father’s passing. They handled us with sensitivity and respect at all times, did a beautiful job with embalming my dad, and provided excellent communication. They provided many small details that ended up being big details. The printed program couldn’t have been more professional and beautifully done. The gift basket afterwards was thoughtful and beautiful. They even offer grief counseling to the family free of charge! And the gentlemanly guidance during the funeral was genuine and wonderfully traditional. They even took the time to call us after the funeral to check in and offer both condolences and were open to any feedback for improvement. I had none. I recommend them 100%! It’s no wonder they have won awards!

Memorial Lakeview Mortuary and Cemetery recently handled the funeral and burial of our husband, father, grandfather, and great- grandfather. We worked primarily with Vernalie White, who was exceptionally personable and professional. She anticipated our family’s needs, provided extraordinary service, and was sensitive to our preferences and emotions at this time of loss. The entire staff was so very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Vernalie, along with Christina Hill and their associates, handled everything with diplomacy and professionalism, yet with much tender care and attention to every detail. These guys were so helpful in our time of need for the process of honoring and buying our son. They were professional, sensitive and dignified in all steps of the process. I will most likely use their services in the future should the need arise again in my lifetime.

Do not use this mortuary!!!! It has been nothing short of a nightmare to work with them. On they day of my fathers funeral they doubled booked burials right next to each other. We had to wait 3+ hours with an honor guard in the parking lot to wait for the other fine party to leave. Then they lost the grave marker!!! It has taken 8 months for them to find it and then set it. And then on top that it is the wrong marker!!! On the order it says specifically to have an image of the Manti temple on it. But the put an image of the Provo temple instead. I have played phone tag with them for months, and I have found the whole experience disturbing and unprofessional.

We had a fabulous experience with memorial Lakeview Mortuary. We had plots but they weren't assigned. Grant was very helpful and prepared to help us. He had a map of the areas we could chose from. He walked out to the areas with us. There was no rush or pressure. We had a very pleasant experience. We also went to the memorial celebration with the bagpipes. It was wonderful. Great customer service!! As I was parked at the cemetary on a sweltering afternoon,contemplatinglife in general, one of your grounds crew named Conner politely offered me a bottle of cold water. Perfect timing and very observant. Thanks!
