Mister mister mister always such a good wash that’s for sure, you guys always have a top tier car wash, I just would suggest having free towels and basic detail stuff like the take 5 washes do!!!

Only reason why I’m giving a 5 star review is because of the Manager Tyson. For some reason my account got reactivated after 6 months of not using it and got charged for 7 MONTHS without them letting me know. I came to this location and got told to call the customer care. Their customer care is pure trash and didn’t want to give me a full refund even when I never went through the car wash once during that time due to their so called “policy”. Came back the same day and requested to speak with a manager. Even when I was very upset the manager Tyson behaved very professional and said he would call the customer care himself to care to try and help me out. Today after my conversation with Tyson I was fully refunded for the 7 months. Mr. Car Wash please check your system as my account got reactivated by itself without my authorization.

Girl working the lanes was super nice and friendly and listened when I told her my concerns on previous retracts done on my membership. Tunnel Operator was not nice whatsoever. She gave me major stink eye and did not seem friendly in the slightest and seemed like she did not like her job at all. As an employee at another mister car wash, I am disappointed.

The people who work here are young and ready to help, always. Good people. The equipment - Not so much. Several things are not working up to our standards. The WRAG ROLLER at the end of the line has been broken for over a month. The under wash does NOT do the wheel wells. I am hating the fact we have to go to Quick Quack. The price is the usual in the valley. But, you don't get any real value for the good old multi car unlimited deal. I am a Decorated US Navy Vietnam Veteran. No Vet Discount.

My dog ? always comes for the treats, because of my disabled thumbs I cannot open the treats that are now in a plastic so my dog was going crazy for his treat the whole way home when I could get it open with scissors.
Please just go back to handing my dog his treat.
Customer service is excellent!! Everyone is so incredibly nice?
