This pharmacy is great where I get my Weight Loss Shots from. They are always very helpful and understanding. The delivery is quick and on time and everyone that I have talked to to change my order, update my payment, etc, have been absolutely wonderful.

Shelby was very nice and happy to answer questions. When I had called her back to have my refill made she remembered my name!!! Plus do I even have to mention their free and awesome delivery to your home. I wish all pharmacies could be this easy!

Really great. Very prompt, professional, and friendly. I’ve never had to take the kind of medication I picked up there, so I had a lot of questions. The staff provided everything I needed and explained what to do. Definitely going back.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Mountain View Pharmacy!!!
They have gone above and beyond with taking care of what I need!!! With many questions I had on dosage, ingredients , taking extra time with me and making sure I have exactly what compounded medication works the best!!! They have always made me feel whether on the phone or in their location that I am a priority. They deliver my compounded prescription half an hour away from where they’re located which makes it very convenient to receive the medication.
Thank you for everything…. especially Zach and Pete!!! Your awesome!!

Mountain View Pharmacy has been AMAZING!!! They are VERY informative, answer all my questions with great customer service. They have been quick to get my meds delivered right to my house. I have referred them and will continue to refer them. Thank you Mountain View Pharmacy. I'd say names who's helped me but I'm bad with names (lol) and each and every one that I have spoken to deserves the credit, not one time would I have anything different to say about them.

The customer service at Mountain View Pharmacy is awful. Yesterday when I picked up two new prescriptions for my son I had questions about the claims submitted to my insurance. The pharmacy technician acted annoyed that I would even ask, and didn't offer to find out what was going on.
I then had questions about administering one of the medications. The pharmacist I spoke to is David. I asked if there was anything I should know about giving the medicine to my son, or if he had any tips to make it easier for an 8 year old. David responded in a condescending tone, like I was asking a stupid question, and he just told me what the medicine is for, which wasn't my question. I finally got an answer to my actual question after 3 tries, but David was rude and condescending about it.
We had similar experiences with this pharmacy in the past, but thought maybe it was just a one off experience. But we know better now. They don't care about their customers.
