Performance Ford in Bountiful has earned my business! I took my 2023 Ford F-250 in for some warranty work at another dealer. They charged me $150 to pop my mirror back in place (which I had taken out to show them an issue with the wiring in the mirror, and which took them less than 30 seconds to do). They did not fix the mirror at all but charged me to pop it back in. Very frustrating experience. Then there was Performance. Such an amazing difference. The service manager, Rob, was excellent. They fixed every issue I was having, communicated well, were friendly, and although it took a little time to get the necessary parts to fix my mirror, they kept me updated and did not charge me a dime -- doing all the work under my warranty. I was very pleased and happy with Performance Ford in Bountiful. Kudos to you, Rob, and your team. Thank you for a great experience.

Performance ford bountiful is a great place to purchase a vehicle everyone there was helpful and honest with everything also the service dept. Done a good job fixing my vehicle with the problems I addressed and also found other things wrong with my vehicle and fixed those as well so I definitely recommend these guys....

Royce and Texas Mike were easy to work with. We drove in from out of the area. Royce sent us a video walk around inside and out of the specific vehicle we were looking at. Price was agreed to prior to us driving to Salt Lake City and the buying process was easy. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade (more than the Carvana offer). I would definitely recommend Performance Ford in Bountiful, Utah

I made my appointment online for an oil change. The price listed was $47. When I go to pay they tried to charge me $93.97. This has happened repeatedly. I pointed out to the service rep that the price online was $47 and they then charged me the correct amount. If this was the first time it happened, I'd probably chalk it up to a mistake; but not when it happens over and over again. Also, who in their right mind would pay $93.97 for an oil change?

I bought a vehicle from another state. Robert West (salesman) was phenomenal.
Everything was done through email and text.
We arrived at the airport to pickup the vehicle and Bountiful picked us up.
We were at the dealership about 30 minutes before we left to head back home with our brand new vehicle.

I Just bought a beautiful 2025 Ford Bronco from Don Mendoza. I also had the pleasure of working with Jason Hale. They made the process of buying a new car easy, quick and fun.
