We took our 6 year old miniature schnauzer, Lando to the Bountiful location to have his shots done as well as to be groomed. This being his 3rd only professional grooming, We were super nervous... That was until we met Tess, His now forever groomer. She was patient, kind & obviously cares very much for the animals she is entrusted with. She was also very knowledgeable & informative, Answering every question we had in detail. I even called midway through his session & She explained where they were in the process & Reassured us that he was in good hands. She well surpassed any expectations we had & We cannot say enough good about her & Our overall experience. Thank you, thank you for taking such great care of our little guy! We will be seeing you soon! 🐾 ❤️

Patricia has done such an awesome job with our dog grooming. We just started bringing him here last month and she’s been able to fix his crazy haircut from our last place and they have a special shampoo for my dog sensitive skin. She’s so amazing with animals and has made it a better experience for our dog to get groomed.

After I went there and spent quite a bit of money for not much stuff.They gave me a receipt that had a ten dollar off coupon for anything.So i'm going to return everything.I just bought and rebuy it with my ten dollar coupon. Is that dishonest?I don't know, but why didn't they just give me the ten dollars off on my expensive order.

Patricia has been grooming my dog for a couple of years, and I am thrilled she’s now at a closer location to me! I tried a lot of groomers before I found her and she is truly the best at what she does! My dog’s coat requires a LOT of upkeep and Patricia always gets the cut down perfectly. Not only that, but my dog LOVES her! She is always happy to see her so I know my girl is in good hands.

Biweekly brush out for my husky. Have enjoyed having my dog brushed. However today a new associate tried to upsell me and tell me how to care for my dog that is well cared for. The other associate was great

If I could do a negative on this experience, I completely would. I was frequenting this store about 3 to 4 times a week, getting kitten supplies and cat food but my last two experiences at the West Bountiful store have been a nightmare.
The first one the merchandising manager treats me like it's an inconvenience to have to look to see if the kitten food I buy multiple times a week is in. Then she flippantly tells me that it's not in and that they're not ordering it anymore. Rude.
Then last night someone else I perceived to be in a manager or an assistant manager long dark hair, big doe eyes and black tattoos all over her arms. Accuses me of stealing cat litter that I brought into fill!
I bring the cats container of litter into the store go to the back to fill it, go to the counter to pay for the refill and this lady accuses me of it looking new. I said I'm sorry it looks new but you can check your cameras, I came in with it and then she continued to say little snide remarks about how the thing looked new! I mean if she wanted to she could have checked the serial numbers against the multiple purchase I make every freaking week!
if they have some sort of policy where they're supposed to remove the wrappers from the refillable cat litter containers they need to do that because they cannot go around accusing innocent people of stealing!! I am so offended by this and I have called the corporate and I will not stop until a complaint is filed.
It's a shame because I had an amazing experience at the Petco vet in SugarHouse but I will never step foot into a Petco ever again in my life.
I need an owner, I need a general manager to get a hold of me because I promise I will not stop until I get to talk to someone that's the head of that West Bountiful store. I have worked in customer service the majority of my 43 years on this planet and I have never experienced that sort of rudeness ever.

I always buy my Dog food there and I had to buy two bags this time. When they rang me up at the register, they scanned a $10 off coupon because it was Petco’s anniversary. I thought that was pretty cool.
