I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right, but the clerk named Genna was amazing! When I came in to mail my return package, she helped me figure out how to fill everything out. I decided to send it through regular mail, but I didn’t have a label, sticker, or even a piece of paper to write the addresses on.
Genna was so kind and patient—she gave me a piece of paper, showed me where to write the “From” and “To,” and guided me through the whole process. I had my toddler with me, and he was tired and fussy, so I was already feeling overwhelmed. But Genna stayed calm, understanding, and very helpful the entire time.
I usually don’t have the best experience at the post office, but this time was different. Genna really made my day! She was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me.”
“Knocking off a star because they rarely answer the phone and will occasionally lock their doors a couple minutes before official closing time.
I also wish they had a drop box for packages (larger than envelope) available after hours like other locations do...
But, otherwise I've had pretty good experiences here.

“not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. the lady helping me at checkout was very kind, and even taped my letters more so they wouldn’t get stuck in the machine! they offer tape and bubble wrap for free which BELIEVE IT OR NOT is not common in some post offices! great experience, i’d ship here again :)”
