Fantastic company! Jason, Fill, and Alex are awesome! Fill did our security camera install. Alex repaired our office landline jacks. Very friendly and knowledgable. Showed up on time and worked hard all day. Glad I found these guys. Highly recommend!

Jason scheduled us as soon as possible, then came out and serviced our business on time and as expected. He was able to resolve many cabling issues immediately, and identify others and inform us of what needed to be corrected. He is a great communicator and a fair business man. Incredible friendly service!We were on a tight deadline to move into a commercial space and have CAT5 and CAT6 runs done in a short timeframe in time for drywall and paint. After another provider said they could do it and let us down at the last second, we found Precision Wire who worked us into the schedule within a day and performed all the work quickly! They did everything we asked, tested the runs, and even came back when we realized we needed a few more.Super friendly staff, technicians and painless experience, highly recommend, thank you! WOW! I can’t say enough about how great this local telecommunications company is in Bountiful, UT?. I am also a local business owner in Woods Cross, and I found myself in a bind when an independent IT contractor that I found on Thumbtack called last minute and said that he didn’t have the equipment needed to pull our data cable due to the height of our 22-foot ceilings. We are on a strict timeline and working with many other contractors to open our new location by September 1st and couldn’t afford to have this hold us up. I did a quick google search and found Precision Wire. When I called, I spoke with Jason and explained our circumstances. Jason said that we were nearby, and he would stop by on his way home to check things out. Within 45 minutes, Jason met me at my business, assessed the situation, and told me that if we needed to meet our data line install, he would need to get some work done before the other contractors arrived in the morning. He grabbed his tools from his truck and started working! He got the holes drilled and string pulled through our custom desk, so the installers could continue working in the morning. The very next day, Jason came back and had Matt with him. They brought a large extension ladder and ran wire along the ceiling, pulling both locations (front desk and nurses station). Our 22-foot ceilings were not an issue for these guys! Jason and Matt then walked me through the project and explained what they did and what to expect from our internet provider once we scheduled installation. They left two additional data cords, so we could connect to our modem which was unexpected and very much appreciated. These guys were great! We finished that part of the project a day in advance and no other contractors were held up at all. I highly recommend calling them if you ever have any telecom needs. I will be working with them again to replace our SimpliSafe security cameras. Thanks Jason and Matt!
