Great fast service, nice store manager. They cleaned my other front windows and vacuumed my front seats as a bonus.
I scheduled an appointment and they said it could take an hour or more, but they ended up have it done in 40 mins. Waiting room was nice, coloring books and crayons for kids.

I think my technician's name was Logan! Super cool guy, easy to work with, helped a ton today! Communicated the whole time, came up with a great game plan. New windshield is looking crisp and pristine.

Professional! Kind and polite people works here , the lady a the from desk explains everything and makes you feel that you're in a good hands, also when you talk to the technician you receive the same Professional attention they walk through all the details and I love the good energy that all employees have . I called in asking about a repair I needed and was told I didn't need an appointment, to come by during business hours. I drove in at 4:50 to drop my car off and the doors were locked and nobody answered the phone. Super crappy business to close early and not even let me use the drop off box because they wouldn't let me schedule ahead.

Had my windshield replaced by safelite. Woke up the next morning to a crack down the center covering the entire windshield. Took it in for a warranty replacement and was told they’re not responsible and that I will have to pay for an entire new windshield. I would find literally any other shop to go to. Total scam.

Just had my windshield replaced on my 2023 Ram by a mobile tech from Bountiful Safelite, he caused damage to my dashboard, I can see 10” of foam sticking out and the seal Is pushed down into the dashboard. I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to rectify it and still nothing yet. Its very frustrating, especially when the windshield was over $1500.

The Safelite AutoGlass Service Center located at 530 S 500 West in Bountiful, UT is an ideal place to get a broken windshield replaced. They have highly trained technicians who are well versed in the up-to-date technology in windshield replacements. Plus, they know how to provide award customer service. My wife and I would highly recommend them.

I would advise that you avoid this shop at all costs.
During a windshield replacement this location broke off and then improperly reinstalled my A-pillar trim that goes over the edge of the windshield. They used windshield glue instead of replacing the proper clips which they had broken during disassembly. I took the car in and the manager saw the issue and said they would coordinate with me to get it fixed. They then spent the next several months giving me the run around about someone coming out to look at my car to verify the damage, despite the fact that they had already verified in person. Then they stopped working the issue altogether. Now my driver's side trim has fallen off completely. I would strongly advise against paying to have your car damaged at this shop.

Horrible experience! I just got a window replacement a few months ago, and it was $700-800. A crack showed up in my window from top to bottom. They were going to replace it under warranty but then decided there was an impact point (maybe with a magnified glass). Which there may have been, but I never heard it, probably sand. Makes me question how cheap their windows are. My wife and I will never go there again, as well as my family and everyone at my place of business will be warned. It left a very negative taste in my mouth. I noticed other reviews with similar issues. You're make a killing off people, at least back your product!
