Wasted half a day waiting on them to bring in paint. Then to get a call an hour later than they said it would arrive just to tell me they couldn’t do it till the next day. Probably won’t use this location again.

Sherwin Williams has been our go-to place for paint and painting supplies since we moved to Bountiful 25+ years ago. Their people are knowledgeable. Their products are excellent. Today was no different. Great painting supplier.

Emma was organizing the shelves and as soon as we walked in she stopped to ask if we needed help. She then proceeded to help me research paints that had been ordered for my house years ago. Then helped me chose the correct sheens, rollers and brushes. She was so competent, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The store is clean, well stocked and organized. Highly recommend getting all your painting needs here. They even had a pen to touch up my wood cabinetry.

I just stopped into this store, I haven't ever been before... we were in need of help finding a color for cabinets in a new hone, and we had seen some we liked that we wanted to try to match. The person working (I believe his name was Ben?) was SO HELPFUL like wasn't annoyed at us being needy and offered great suggestions and just all around a really great experience. We had actually already been to another paint store of another brand and no one even approached to ask if we needed help the entire time we were there. He was so quick to greet us and assist us in our search. Thank you!

I went in there to buy some paint whether because of my looks or because some other reason the sales people in there with not sell me paint they kept on talking to themselves out of the sale I would even offer other options like I just needed to do one thing or another and they would not accept any options except that we can't help you their paint store? Aren't they

Very helpful, we bought a lot of paint there on a 40 percent off deal. After the fact we took it back and had it retinted for free (only adding color not removing it of course). Only giving it a four because workers don't really seem like they enjoy working there, they weren't rude or anything but you do feel a bit uncomfortable like your bothering them of something.

This review is going to be specifically for an employee named Lydia. I went to re-buy a particular paint that I've bought here before to add a coat and touch up. Its been a few years since I bought this paint and not surprisingly, that don't carry that brand. I asked Lydia if she would recommend a replacement product. She said she didn't know very much about this particular paint and that I would have to come back tomorrow. That seemed weird, as there should be some product information available about what they do have. So I asked if I could see any similar products or if I could look at some information on them. She told me I had to leave and if I didn't she would call the cops! She told me to "F#!@ off" and told me I was a Karen (me being a man who didn't even ask to speak to her manager...)This was crazy! All I wanted was to buy a gallon of paint and look at some product info! I wasn't angry when I went in and wasn't upset when she told me they don't carry it anymore. I expected it and just wanted to find a replacement product! And they were not busy, I was the only customer in the store. One of her co-workers came out and helped calm her down. He looked at what I was trying to buy and went in the back and got the assistant manager (Ben). My goal was to buy paint, so I waited until after we had our discussion about paint to bring up Lydia. Ben and the other clerk (didn't catch his name) were very helpful in getting me what I needed.Never in my life have I gone to a paint store to buy paint and been threated to have the cops called on me, told to F-off and insulted. All for politely asking for more information on a product. Ben said he would "talk to her" not sure what that follow through will be but that is the point of this review.This is actually a great paint store with usually very friendly staff and great products. Just stay away from Lydia!! Apparently she takes great pride in not knowing her products and yelling at customers who ask questions about them.
