No good squeegees and no receipt paper at the pumps.

When it first opened, it was fabulous. In recent months, it seems to be in decline. Where there used to be towels at the pumps and nice squeegees, there are no towels and the squeegee are either missing or so old they don't work. Sad to see things have gone downhill.
