It's a great place to go to work out get on a regimen or just go feel the burn. Great people and definitely comparable if not better than some larger chains.

It's an ok gym. Some members seem jealous of the bigger guys that go there. The 3 stars are only for the members. If you're a big jacked guy, be prepared to be mean mugged by skinny highschoolers

Has the potential to be pretty great. With that… it rarely gets cleaned.. The same empty water bottle has been in the sauna and hot tub area going on 10 days. The toilets are rarely cleaned in the mens restooms. Pretty sure if the health department walked in they would shut it down due to it being so dirty. Membership is about $40 a month, you would think they would be able to at least keep it semi-clean. It is nice that there’s not very many people there and that they have a sauna.. dry and wet.. and also a hot tub. I use a dry sauna quite a bit, regardless of it being filthy. The hot tub however, I wouldn’t dare step in. Hopefully they take this review as a chance to get better and clean the place because it could be a great place to work out.

This gym has the old school gym vibe like Golds use to be. Everyone is fully committed and focused on improving themselves. The gym is oddly laid out but has multiple sections available. There is a stretching area, machines, cardio, free weights, a class area (away from the rest of it) and a hybrid/crossfit room (costs extra). It’s a very chill good vibe gym and everyone is very nice. If you want to put on headphones and zone out, no one will bother you but if you want to chat people are more than happy to talk. The locker rooms have a sauna and showers and are always clean. This gym isn’t for everyone but if you are into the old school gym vibe then you should move to this gym.

Best gym around. Great facilities, not too big and membership is capped to keep machines open and available. Kenton, the owner is very friendly and clearly wants every member to have a positive experience.

Consistently broken equipment. When you let someone know, they usually give you some half-baked excuse and say they are working on it. Broken sauna, broken hot tub, broken workout machines, and broken key fobs so you can't even get in the building after making the drive.Additionally, the meat heads are always taking off their shirts and flexing in the mirrors, blasting their music, and hogging machines while sitting on their phones. Staff seems too intimidated to do anything about it.Way overpriced for the service you're getting.

This gym focuses on more than becoming better physically, they focus on mental health improvement as well. It’s such a positive gym environment! Love this place!

I'm just posting to say that the hours/days listed are incorrect. It says it's closed Fridays, but I've gone every Friday for 3 months. I also think the closing time is closer to 10/11 PM but I've never been there that late.

I really like this gym. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and there's enough equipment that you rarely have to wait for something in the middle of your workout. Pretty much everything I ask for from a gym.

Needed help. Person behind counter was on phone. He was back and forth between the counter and the room next to it. Waited for 35 minutes. Left after being ignored.

I was a member of this gym for many years, wanting to stay loyal to some of the incredible class instructors that I had come to know during that time. I currently Have memberships to four other local gyms, all of which are half the price of this organization with twice as much usable amenities and better, cleaner, more up to date equipment. The gym has changed ownership at least four times with each ownership group seeming to be less friendly and less professional than the previous one. Eliminating hours of use for certain equipment, including having a hot tub for almost a year that was unusable prior to the pandemic. When questioned about this there "professional" response was one lie after the other. I finally ended my membership after all these years primarily due to the unprofessional manner with which their management runs operations. It is one of the least professional and most unethical companies I have ever been associated with. The politics have shown through to their management style. The way they cater to certain members while ignoring or alienating opinions of other members which could be interpreted as an attempt to appease political aspirations is definitely unethical in my opinion and borderline illegal. The four other local gyms I maintain a membership at are all head and shoulders above this one. They are much more affordable than this gym with a much more professional and friendly atmosphere.
