This pharmacy has THE worst customer service and the most dishonest pharmacist. I quit using this pharmacy last year because every month there was some issue. I gave them another chance this month because they had the liquid IB-profin I need. They only had a partial The tech told me I needed to pay for the whole prescription then and they would let me know when the rest came in. The rest came in and then the actuall pharmacist made me pay for the whole prescription again before he would let me pick me up. He could care less that he charged me two times for the same prescription. They don't care about customer service, or charging their customers the correct amount, or honesty, or that you actually get the medication you need.Buyer beware. Understand the are more than one pharmacy to pick up your prescriptions and I would highly recommend you check this other options out.

Nice enough staff but I've regularly (3 times in the past 3 months) been overcharged after none asked about insurance or didn't apply it. Just seems like there are significant issues even with routine prices and fills.

Terrible service. I have been without my medication for over a month, and the back and forth with the doctors office is beyond ridiculous. So I called today for the 5th time for make sure my prescription was sent over and once again was told it wasn't, even though my doctor confirmed with me that she has been submitting it ever since I first requested. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, absolutely not the kind of person who should be working in costumer service. I'm done. I'm taking my business to another pharmacy TODAY!

I've been coming here for years never had any issues I buy clothes from here with the security tag and it's always a quick process to call the self check out cashier over and take off the tags...not this morning...it's slow in the mornings we were the only people checking out we got like 4 items the employee litterly watched us ring up our items I hand him the two things to get the tags off he says do you have your receipt....HE WATCHED US CHECK OUT....I SAY YEA you litterly watched us check out but ok I hand it to him he I'm not kidding matches up the sku numbers on both items which takes him a good 5 mins!!!!! Never have I had someone like David ty so hard to prove I'm a theif....finally after all that he seen I paid for the two items I handed to him to get the tags off....I don't know any thieves but do they just hand items they stole to the cashier to take off tags?? So weird.... think David needs a little more training on his job this was unnecessary and I felt targeted.

Great pharmacists and technicians that were extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely a great experience and will be going back there for all my future prescriptions.

They updated their phone system for ordering refills. It's the absolute worst system. I'm not confident I can reliably order standing monthly prescriptions which is the simplest task.

Stockton was AMAZING! This isn't my usual pharmacy but I needed some help and he totally and willingly stepped up and went the extra mile. My issue was not solved (it ended up being a Drs office issue) but he did all that he could to help me.

Management is terrible. Definitely would not recommend working here. Also the deli is in really bad shape right now. I advice caution.

Don't ever buy a gift card from here. I have been stupid enough to waste $200 and have never had one that worked, plus when I went to get reimbursed with the receipt and credit card on which it was purchased the manager was incredibly RUDE!! Nothing good to say about this store. Take the time and go to the one on 500 South Bountiful.

Man, where do I start. I'll start with my hot foods experience. So I get over to the hot foods counter and there's three younger males within earshot. I say "excuse me" five times. They're talking and joking amongst themselves paying absolutely no mind to me, standing there l in full view of them. One of them even look directly in my direction and walk the opposite way. I have to actually follow him down to the other end of the counter and say can you please come and help me at the hot foods. Eventually I ended up with my chicken tenders. Fast forward to about 10 minutes later, when I'm at the checkout. The female cashier asks me if I have a Smith's card and I tell her "no I forgot it but I have the number it's associated with and that it's in my name." She replies back to me super condescendingly, "we can't see the name." She then says to me "give me the number, if it's even your card." Are you kidding me?? Absolutely uncalled for, rude and disrespectful. But wait, there's more! I get the chicken home and give it to the person that I bought it for and turns out every ounce of moisture was cooked out of that chicken ( I'm going to wager it's from the lack of attention from the Young gentleman behind the counter) and she couldn't even eat it because it was so hard. I ended up throwing it away. Did everybody in Smith's have a team meeting and decide that that day was going to be the day for rudeness?? I don't want dark ominous cloud ended up hanging over Smith's tonight but I'm super disappointed, and quite frankly disgusted in the lack of customer care and even basic common courtesy. I gave it a one because I couldn't go lower. Too bad Smith's employees did.

i always pick up my groceries because it's more convenient usually, but this smiths has me waiting at pick up for 30+ minutes some days. it's ridiculous, i could grab all my groceries within the time frame it takes to pick them up. honestly a waste of time and wish they could get it together.
