My husband and I had been car searching for a while and we were burnt out. We were so tired of pushy sales people and getting the run around on prices. Coming here and working with Alan was a breath of fresh air! He showed us the car, gave us the keys so we could test drive, and then worked with us on the final price. He also helped us get a deal on window tint! He was transparent through the entire process…and speaking of the process, it was quick!
When we need another vehicle, this will be our first stop!

Buying a used car is far from my favorite experience, but SAG made it so much better. I worked with Allen in sales (an awesome human being!) — we did the usual: test drove, kicked the tires, and before long, I was ready to buy. After the sale, Allen even had the tank topped off for me — a small but super thoughtful gesture.
As I was pulling into my driveway, though, the dreaded check engine light came on, along with a couple of other warning lights. My stomach sank — I thought I was stuck with a broken van. I called Allen right away, and without hesitation, he told me to bring it back.
Nick and Jorge in the service department (INCREDIBLE team!) quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and got everything fixed up. The van was ready in no time. That weekend, I drove it all the way to Phoenix and back — not a single warning light since!
It’s honestly an understatement to say how grateful I am for the integrity and care this company showed. This van represents a big investment for me, and they treated me like family every step of the way.
I’d recommend them to anyone.

Specialties automotive group are professional, know what they are doing and do a fabulous job of pointing out problems they have found and the description of your options. They will make recommendations but with no pressure. I very much appreciate their work. They do very good work.
