First time there and I'll definitely go to Top Gear for all my bike needs.The long version: I'm not an experienced bike owner/rider by any means and it seemed like every time I rode my e-bike (purchased online because I'm a dummy) it was skipping gears or something. I didn't know what to do and the e-bike company would've charged me $200 for just a diagnostic with their team so my bike sat around for much too long. Then we found out about Top Gear and I brought my bike in to Dennis to see if he could fix whatever was going on. I expected to have to drop my bike off and wait a while before I heard back, but he took it back right there and checked it all out with me. Turns out it was just my inexperience causing me problems, possibly combined with cheap parts on the bike, but he took the time to tune it all up, fix the rear brake that he noticed was rubbing, and tell me everything that could cause problems and how I can avoid them. In the end, he didn't charge me for any of it, even though I took up his time with a bike I didn't even buy from him. I wish I had bought a bike from him to begin with because there's so much he made me aware of that I had no clue about, but as it is, I'll be using Top Gear anytime I need repairs and telling everyone to get a bike from him.”

“JoDee helped me out so dramatically well and over the top customer service! I purchased some University of Tennessee labeled shorts at a Columbia in Nashville, tn on vacation. I stupidly don’t try them on in store or once back at our hotel. I flew back to Utah and tried them on and they were WAY too big. I called corp. and they said call a store. I tried the outlet store in American fork and they just said sorry can’t help, call corp. corp said contact a different store. Now I waited weeks to get on this. So, I called the Farmington store. JoDee picked up and listened to my problem with my UT shorts. She said she would call another store MNGR she knows in Nashville and see what if anything could be done as far as exchanging for a smaller size. She wanted pics and my email. I sent those to her and explained again our call just because I’m stupid sometimes. She went to work. She emailed me back 5 days later because she the team back in Tn was busting their take to find some to no avail. She apologized profusely in the email for it taking so long and that they had all been sold out. I understand and didn’t honestly expect anything post my email. She took time away to email me back and explain. Totally awesome C/S!!!! This store took time to help out a TN boy now living in Utah to correct MY problem. Not there’s!!! I mean come on!!!! This store totally rocks!”

“I drove 2 and a half hours to come to this shop. I have one 40 minutes away from where I live but I don’t like it. I will never go to my previous bow shop again. They knew there stuff. Very knowledgeable. Their costumer service was amazing. That long drive was more than worth it for me. I will be a costumer of there for a very long time. Everything I could think of needing or wanting done had and could get it done. They made things work for me. And they gave me a hat which is always a major bonus”

Pricing seems to be getting on the higher side but most everything is name brand and great quality. I subscribed to the daily deals so I keep an eye out and when a good deal pops up I snag it.”

“My wife's salesperson Nancy was lovely, sweet, personable, and attentive. It upset me to see her supervisor treat her with disrespect, which affected our wait time. The supervisor interrupted my wife and demanded Nancy stop in the middle of looking up a size for her to attend to another waiting customer. If her supervisor was actually concerned with the customers, she would have stepped up to attend to the other customer herself and let Nancy finish helping us. Instead, it felt like she was flexing power over Nancy, warranting me to, unfortunately, find time to write this negative review. Rude supervisor. The other aspects of this store were fine.”
