“This was my first E bike purchase. I can't say enough about how great my experience was with these guys. It was a smooth no pressure buying experience. They are so knowledgeable and care about you loving your bike. I was also impressed at the variety of bikes they have. This is the only shop you'll need to visit”

“My comment is on amazing service. Came in when they opened. They quickly identified my wheel problem. some dummy put a non TLR tire on a TLR setup. (Yeah I’m the dummy). 🤣 Quinn was nice enough to make me feel like I wasn’t alone in doing that. Said it would get done that day. I think I got a message 20 minutes later that the repair was done. I’ve had great experiences with other Trek stores before moving to SLC. Glad to see this store maintains the same high standards. Appreciated Quinn’s help specifically.”

“This is the best store with the best products! My dad was wearing a Wavecel Helmet while he got hit by a car, and it completely protected his head. If you are considering buying it, then do! The company themselves was amazing too, reaching out about replacement and damage policies, and were amazing to help my dad get a new helmet free of charge! Trek is the best :)”

“This is my neighborhood bike shop! I love going into Loyal - they are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful - and just do great work. I recently had my bike tuned up here (I'd worn the poor thing out after thousands of miles) - their prices are reasonable, they know what they are doing, and they stand by their work. Thanks Jeff and team for awesome quality and service!”

“I wish I could give Saturday Cycles six stars. The staff was friendly and helpful and spent a lot of time helping me figure out a creative solution that wouldn’t break the bank for an atypical bike frame and odd use case. I was only in Salt Lake City for the day and they installed the equipment on the spot. I’ll definitely go back the next time I’m in town, even if it’s just to grab another cool sticker.”

“The group at sugar house went out of their ways to help me with my bike. You don't see this kind of customer service anymore. Times have changed, however these folks take customer service to old fashion new limits. This whole company is fantastic. Enjoy you really will.”

“Three of us rented Ebikes today and we had the best time! The team gave us great trail recommendations and made sure I had the right bike that fit my height. Also, the location is right across the street from a beautiful park, which is a great place to start your ride. What a great way to I’m to see SLC!”

“Great store for outdoor gear! We bought our toddler's bike and helmet at Wasatch Touring. And we just got outdoor camping chairs there. Dillion was super helpful and patient with us trying out the different chair types.”

“It was my first time buying from this business and I would do so again! They didn’t have my item in stock yet as it was back ordered but I got communication within 48 hours if I wanted to keep the delay or get another product. Customer service like that in this day and age is forgotten. In a world where consumers have choices, that level of integrity and transparency is forgotten. No other big bike company would’ve taken the time to reach out to me first. Keep doing great business!”

“Outstanding experience with Contender Bicycles. I purchased an X-Labs GT8 gravel bike and Peter was my contact throughout the process. He quickly reached out to answer any questions and offered to setup the tires tubeless before shipping. The shipping was absolutely perfect with every part wrapped with packaging material. Shipping to San Francisco was only three days and setup was about 30 minutes with just the front wheel, bars, and seat post removed. The bike itself was perfect and I love it. Thank you Peter for a wonderful #NewBikeDay!”

“Braden is great on the phone. He’s willing to help more than most great customer service. He was willing to do research on a product that was not Magnum brand and had great information he went above and beyond.”

“It was awesome. They had words of safe cycling and operating that help me day to day in my riding and they explained what to do if I had a few different problems like changing a tube or fixing punctured tube. Thanks to all that played a part. Dave B”
