I have to give this place a 1 star because of a service they took away that was the reason I started coming here. They used to use a prewash spray, a brush on the front, back and sides and then power wash before we went through the automatic wash. I loved this, I felt like it got my car cleaner than any other place and so started to pay for a monthly membership. However, in the last couple of months, they have stopped using the brush on the front and sides. At first it was fine, but now that the bugs are here in the summer, it does not come clean. I had to go through 3 times the last time I was there and it still wasnt clean. I asked them to use the brush and they said they were no longer allowed to do that. PLEASE PLEASE bring this back! If you have had complaints about the brush, then make it a part of the process when they ask if you want a dash wipe, have them ask if we want the brush used. If this doesn't change, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

They had good customer service attendant made sure that I could get my car washed I had a question and he was able to answer it and help me out and took WellCare of my vehicle and the car wash did not beat up on my car it was pretty gentle. I would definitely come back again!

The gentleman working, Christian I think, did an amazing job of spraying off the snow and dirt and then scrubbing our Yukon XL before sending us through the car wash. We came out clean and the wash seemed gentle. Unlike the popular "duck" carwash which almost ripped our mirrors and license plates off!! And cheaper too!!

Went through this carwash on Sunday morning and the man working was incredible! He made sure I got my code in ok, sprayed my car TWICE and scrubbed the bugs off before going in. He even inspected it as I drove out. Couldn't ask for anything more. Wonderful!

Great place! Super friendly service. Pre-wash by the attendant got all the dirt and salt off. My truck was looking like new.

I got a carwash and while vacuuming, my daughter's mask was sucked up...the sweet guys at the carwash helped me retrieve the mask. They were so kind.

Brought in a very dirty Suburban and left with a nice and clean one! Not to mention the 2 kids in the car were on cloud 9 with the free icees they each got from the guys doing the prewash. We were handed little coupons for free 12oz icees (smallest size) that we redeemed right after the car wash. I paid a little over $16 for the deluxe package which wasn't bad considering I've paid more for similar washes that achieved basically the same thing. One thing that was slightly irritating... there's a person they have assisting people at the console where you pay for your car wash. When I first arrived there were 2 other cars ahead of me but the guy helping took almost 5 minutes talking to the lady in the car (this car was already there before I pulled up- who knows how long the other car was waiting). When the gate finally opened, the employee continued chatting and petting the dog in the backseat, meanwhile the line stayed to pile up about 4 or 5 vehicles deep. What was really irritating is he took all that time chatting with this lady and petting her dog and she didn't even get her car washed! They should really think about putting this guy at a different position. I know he's supposed to help bring in more business offering the monthly membership but it's really unnecessary. The pictures and console are pretty self-explanatory. I'd rather read my options on the screen than have to spend more time than necessary waiting in line for an employee to have their social hour on the clock. But other than that, it was a good experience.

So, I got the deluxe wash, and my car was still dirty when I came out. After I vacuumed it, I went through a second time, which they gave me for free, and then it was acceptably clean, though still not what I had expected for a $10 car wash. The vacuums were mediocre at best, slightly more power than my home vacuum, but not what I've come to expect at a car wash place.

I just purchased the cheap $8.00 wash and my car is def pretty clean. When I pulled up to the machine to enter the code from the receipt a guy took the receipt and entered it for my, you then pull forward a bit just into the wash "tunnel" and a couple guys do somewhat of a precast with a sprayer and a brush. End result was a clean car. The dryer actually did a decent job and got rid of most the water. Not a bad wash although I would caution anyone that has aftermarket rims like myself, letting the machine pull my car along in a track made me a bit nervous. Your tire has to fit in a approx 8"-10" channel. If your not paying attention your entire drivers side rims will be trashed
