There has been some very horrible management in the past. But I will say the management is awesome helpful caring understanding . I can say I can go in there anytime of the day and always be greeted and that's very important to me also to all the staff your rock. The building is so clean smells good and that's awesome. Took around 30 minutes to refill propane tank too long of a wait time especially waiting outside on that heat.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at U-Haul. I arrived 10 minutes early for my reservation, and while the staff was friendly, it took about 15 minutes before I was able to leave. After receiving the key, I was directed to inspect the truck myself with no clear instructions.
When I found the truck, I wasn’t sure if I needed to take photos or get a staff member’s help. I eventually got a text with a link to begin the inspection. The process prompted me to take photos of the truck and input the mileage and gas level. However, the mileage listed on my phone didn’t match the truck’s actual mileage. When I tried to correct it, the system reloaded and told me to speak with a staff member.
I had to repeat the inspection multiple times, and each time the app failed to register the correct mileage. After speaking with staff, I was told to try again — by this point, I was already 45 minutes behind schedule. On my fourth attempt, I was told just to take photos and that I could call customer service if there were billing discrepancies. At that moment, one of the staff members informed me I was given the wrong truck to inspect and that they couldn’t find the correct one. They had to reprint new paperwork — now I was an hour late.
When I finally got the new truck, the tire pressure warning light was on. I mentioned this to the staff, and they casually said, “Oh yeah, we know it’s on.” This made me very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the key only worked if it was inserted a certain way — it took 10+ tries to start the truck. Again, I informed the staff, and they said, “Yeah, we know about that.” Why would a location knowingly assign a poorly functioning vehicle to a customer?
After I returned the truck, I told the staff that the truck drove terribly — it was clunky and didn’t feel safe. The response: “Yeah, we know about that truck.” It’s unacceptable that this truck was in circulation at all.
To top it all off, the price I was quoted online didn’t match the final charge. The estimate said $0.30 per mile, but in person I was told it was $1 per mile — without any prior notice. A $40 rental turned into nearly $100 for a one-hour use. I never received the receipt by email, and when I called, I was told it had been sent and “they’d try again.” I still haven’t received it.
Overall, this was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. The delays, miscommunication, poorly maintained vehicle, inaccurate billing, and general lack of organization made for one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. I will not be returning to this location — or to U-Haul — in the future.

This is a great location with a great manager. She quickly took care of my problem with the storage option. Everybody was friendly and fast and efficient.

The manager lied to me about it being okay I didn't fuel the 26' truck perfectly after driving it up from Arizona. She charged me $75.00 the next day. Never again worse UHaul experience ever!

At this Bountiful store, I bought a large moving box that had a bar to hang clothes across the inside of it. At the time, they checked & rechecked if they were giving me the right bar that fit across the box (as it was packaged separate from the box). When we went to use it later that night in Logan, it was the wrong size bar - too short to span across the box. The next day, I tried to return the bar, as we were unable to use it since THEY picked out the wrong size. They wouldn't refund anything for the bar that was THEIR mistake. The manager wouldn't call me back. This was a small item, & there could've been an easy fix to remedy their mistake, but instead, their customer service toward me was deplorable even to calling me a name as I walked out the store. After this & hearing of others' customer experiences from this store, I will never use this store again.

Even though the needle said full it wasn’t when I got it. They wouldn’t refund me for the extra it cost me to fill it up like they said I had to. Rip off.

I've had two great experiences with this location. The customer service has been great and friendly. With a reservation, I've been able to get a truck each time.
Be aware, the location is on a busy corner of US 89, so you need to slow before the entrance. It sneaks up on you quickly!
