I have never had any issues shipping anything there. The people are very nice and helpful. I did a walk in to renew my passport it was fast and smooth process. I was in and out really quick. I got my passport in 3 weeks !

Madison was very helpful! Helped me get a package I accidentally sent to my previous address. Submitted the claim the previous day online and received an email and a call the next day to get more info. Was able to get the package back from the lockers and moved to my new place the same day! Much appreciated

In house service is ok but business goods pick up ??
I scheduled a pickup service, and while they initially came for a few days, they have now completely stopped showing up. The package is only about 30 pounds, well below the 70-pound limit, so I have no idea why they are refusing to pick it up.
It’s frustrating because the package isn’t excessively heavy, yet they are failing to do their job. This government agency needs to hire the right people who are willing to work, instead of those who just avoid their responsibilities. The lack of consistency and reliability is becoming a serious issue.
They are making like, the gov is doing right thing by firing fed workers… usps next…

One asian lady here is so inconsistent of what envelope is okay to accept or not. Sometimes she’ll accept, sometimes she won’t. I literally ship the same thing for my small business on the same box and envelope. I never had any issues with other people. Please do your job right.

I give this place a five-star review. The management there helped me when no one else would. So this post office gets a five-star review. Which from ME mean something. Considering I don't give out five star reviews often. The fact that I'm giving this location a five-star review means they really really really really really really went above and beyond
