This place will tell you verbally that they provide a 24 hour warranty for manufacturer defects only. But when you attempt to return a device in less than 24 hours the state that they have a sign stating to try all purchases before you leave the store. Doesn't seem very right as vaping inside a building is illegal. I would recommend and other business.

They have the nicest staff and a huge selection to pick from. Not only are their products great their customer service is unmatched they're always making sure that they do their best and making sure you get the best as well!

Google states this shop closes at 9pm every Sunday. I stop almost every Sunday around 8:15. Randomly it will be closed. The window sign does state it closes on Sunday at 8pm. So now I call every Sunday and ask what time they close. Every phone call on Sunday has told me 9pm. Super frustrating when I show up at 8:15 after being told today they close at 9 and it’s closed. Just be honest on the phone so I can plan ahead and go somewhere else.

I work in retail myself, and actually work in a tobacco shop myself so I know what retail is like on top of working in the state of Utah in the tobacco industry with their crazy laws. I will be visiting this shop more often, I can tell they stride on customer service and that means a lot to me!!! I really appreciate that and I love their prices!!
