On my most recent visit, I brought in my extra-large cat for a nail trim, which is no small feat. My husband and I always struggle to trim his nails, which we jokingly call "tiger claws," and it usually takes both of us—and we never get through it without getting hurt. But Dr. Madison came in and handled him with such care and compassion, and it made all the difference. Knowing she was treating him so lovingly really put me at ease.

In the past, I’ve also brought in sick cats, and the team was always prompt with lab work, and the doctors followed up quickly with results. I’ve always felt like my questions were thoroughly answered, and I never felt rushed. I’m truly grateful for the kindness and compassion shown to my pets.”
