Ashley Larson helped me out with notary today. I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment and they still helped me out. From the time I got there until I left everyone was super nice. While I was waiting every single employee that wasn't behind the glass came and asked if I had been taken care of. Ashley did a great job and it was fun chatting with her. Great customer service

10 stars out of 5!!!!! Ashley Larsen patiently spent so much time with my mom and I working things out. Jacob Parker has consistently gone over and beyond all expectations for any banker on planet earth. Thank you so much for your magnificent help to care for my aging mother's finances!!!!!!!!!!!! Recommend again and again!!!!!!!! I will never be able to say thanks enough.

Jacob Parker helped me fill out my complaint form and was super nice he understood my information I was giving him hope he gets a raise and I had a misunderstanding about the teller situation thank u it was a misunderstanding about the teller situation so I spoke with him about that matter and all of this was in a formal complaint about Wells Fargo me and Jacob spoke and we just had a misunderstanding so it’s all good I was in tears today because of how Wells Fargo treated me and he asserted he would get that complaint all taken care of which it was I sure hope he gets praised for his hard work and a raise he did a great job thanks again Jacob hope we can get a resolution about this matter

A few years ago this Wells Fargo bank, right next to Vasa Gym had excellent service. But for the last six to eight months the service has really gotten TERRIBLE. Service in the Lobby used to be quick and efficient. They used to have at least 2 tellers that knew what they were doing. Now they usually only have one and many times it is a trainee or a recent new hire. What makes it far more frustrating is that most of the time there is a manager just hanging around not helping anyone out, while the line queues up to ten to 15 minutes long. On one visit a month ago I waited in line in the lobby for the one overworked teller for close to 10 minutes. There were still several people in front of me and several managers or bank officers sitting idly at their desks. Finally I got so frustrated I went out and drove thru the drive thru. Terrible service and the most hideous rates on savings and CDs anywhere out there. Thinking of ending my 10 years as a customer at this bank!!

Went in to change my last name and I was greeted by a friendly employee that got to me to someone right away! They were super fast and didn't make me go through all the hoops and such to change my name.

There are 3 branches around me and I will always make time to come to this one specifically. This location and the employees are absolutly amazing! I have dealt with alot of health issues over the last few Years and a major surgery recently. Which has all heavily impacted my financial situation. I always feel supported, taken care of and hopeful with this branch that things will continue to get better as I always walk away with more knowledge and so many options. I love this bank!

We have regular checking and savings account at Wells Fargo which has been fine, on par with other major banks I’ve used. However, for anyone considering a mortgage, I cannot recommend their mortgage consultant Matt Denning enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. From our first meeting, I knew we had made the right choice. We were completely new to the home buying process and by the end of these past few months, I feel like an expert. I asked an embarrassing number of questions and on the rare occasion when he didn’t already know the answer, he found it for me. Matt even took the time to go through my loan details line by line the night before closing because I was feeling nervous. We will continue to use Matt as long as he’ll let us!! Thanks Matt!!

Wells Fargo promised on August 18 to provide a Medallion Signature Guarantee to our family 60 days later. They did not inform us the service was retired on 9/24. They did not keep their 'contract' with us. They are not being accountable to "satisfying all of our customer's financial needs" as it states on their corporate website.

August 18 we opened an account for my deceased father's trust so we could obtain a Medallion Signature Guarantee. My father had his personal accounts at Wells for over 60 years. However, Wells Fargo required the trust account be opened for a minimum of 60 days. On October 8, we called to set up an appointment for the 18th to obtain the Medallion Signature. We were told they discontinued the service two weeks ago and can no longer help us.We expressed our extreme disappointment and frustrations that Wells didn't call us two weeks ago. We asked the customer service representative to make an exception, since it is extremely difficult to find a bank to provide this service if you don't already have a banking relationship. My dad did all his banking at Wells. So now where do we go?We understand the Wells branches destroyed their stamps, but their investment division have the stamps. However, they won't make an exception and told us to file a complaint. The result is, we cannot have our Father's annuity (which is through a different institution) released to his 17 beneficiaries without this Medallion Signature.Thus the reason for this one star review.. CAUTION. Don't bank at just one bank. If the bank changes their service, and doesn't inform you until you call, you might have challenges that can be hard to resolve and you bank won't care they caused this problem.

The trustees on my Grandfather's estate have been trying to work with Wells Fargo to obtain a Medallion Signature Guarantee. My grandfather banked with Wells Fargo for 60+ years. The trustees worked with Wells Fargo to set up a trust account (as was required), and tried to set up an appointment after the required 60 days of having the money in the trust account. They were informed that Wells Fargo discontinued the Medallion Signature Service and can no longer help us.We are VERY DISSATISFIED and VERY FRUSTRATED.

I was frustrated when I called to set up an appointment with a banker and they transferred me to JORDAN. This girl I use to go to at the new location in Woods Cross before it close for a temporary time, and now they moved her here and it’s a disappointment. The questions you guys ask are just so off. I felt uncomfortable when she start talking about my credit. Girl please I know what I’m doing. Thank God I didn’t get to set up an appointment with her today. She never helps with anything but good at asking uncomfortable questions. I remember seeing her at the new location in Woods Cross last year and the same thing she pretty much laugh at my face across her desk at me telling me there’s nothing she can do to fix the issue but it only took me one phone call to the customer service to get it done it was that simple but she doesn’t know how to do it and she’s a banker. But thank you Jennifer for helping me with my account.

Recently the Woods Cross Branch closed temporary and so I've been using this Bountiful Branch and the Tellers have been very helpful.
