A few years ago this Wells Fargo bank, right next to Vasa Gym had excellent service. But for the last six to eight months the service has really gotten TERRIBLE. Service in the Lobby used to be quick and efficient. They used to have at least 2 tellers that knew what they were doing. Now they usually only have one and many times it is a trainee or a recent new hire. What makes it far more frustrating is that most of the time there is a manager just hanging around not helping anyone out, while the line queues up to ten to 15 minutes long. On one visit a month ago I waited in line in the lobby for the one overworked teller for close to 10 minutes. There were still several people in front of me and several managers or bank officers sitting idly at their desks. Finally I got so frustrated I went out and drove thru the drive thru. Terrible service and the most hideous rates on savings and CDs anywhere out there. Thinking of ending my 10 years as a customer at this bank!!

Went in to change my last name and I was greeted by a friendly employee that got to me to someone right away! They were super fast and didn't make me go through all the hoops and such to change my name.

Over the years, I have banked with many, but this branch by far was the absolute worst to deal with. For starters, this location is only accessible from one entrance, with the other entrance blocked off as OUT only. Next, I try and deposit cash to my parent's account, and they proceed to say they cannot accept cash deposits unless my name is on the account. So let me get this straight, you are more trusting of a Check that could bounce than straight cash? This policy is a perfect example of how Wells Fargo is out of touch with their customers YET AGAIN. In an effort to stop money laundering, they make it very inconvenient for everyone.

We used wellsfargo for our home mortgage. Big mistake. We could've saved tons by going elsewhere, like a credit union. They gave me a whopping $150 off closing costs for being a PMA customer. Whoohoo....?! I felt pretty small and unimportant there, even though I was putting down 20% and was easy to work with - great credit, long time customer, etc. Lame. Recently I contacted them to refinance. The lady I spoke to, Debbie, was awful. Like I was annoying her by calling. Wellsfargo is okay as a bank, but not for anything else.
