Today I went to my storage unit and was in complete shock. The office sign said "open" but no one answered the office door, although I could hear kids crying and a lady screaming from the upstairs window. I then went to my unit in the back and was in total disgust by the garage and debris that was everywhere. I got a flat tire while driving home due to a screw that was laying in front of my storage unit. This facility use to be my #1 choice but after today's visit I am going to move my belongings somewhere else.

I’ve been with Alpine Storage for over 7 years. These guys are always willing to work with you and do their best to keep you up to date on any status! They are friendly and have sufficient space for most storage. I highly recommend using them!!! Shout out to Lili for her great customer service!
P.S. they keep the snow and ice pretty clean too!

I was just thinking about the young lady that is so very good to me whenever she sees me. She has a great smile welcoming me and helping with my needs. Her husband has helped me with my lock and she has the most wonderful Customer Service, others should take lessons from Lillie. I don't ever get her last name or does she call me by mine, it makes me feel good when I see her smile, it is so bright, it rubs off on me. I was wondering what could I possibly do to let her know she is so wonderful. I asked her was there anything I could maybe do, like bring her lunch for her and her husbands' kindness. She told me she was good and just wanted me to be happy when I come. It makes it worth it to know that she can help me with anything or any problems I may have. My lock being too cold to unlock made me think, Thank you Lillie and her husband Steve. That's what everyone in these businesses should watch and learn from them, What real Customer Service is. Thank you Alpine for the good feeling I get knowing if I need help, I don't have to stress. God bless you and your family.

We have been with alpine storage since 2016 and I have loved their customer service and they have helped me when I have gotten behind in my payments. They are so good to work with and also I have never had a problem with my storage unit. Never any leaks or breakins. Also today Lili helped me and I appreciate everything she did for me. Highly recommend if you are looking for a storage unit.

This is our second time renting with Alpine Storage and we have never had any issues. Lili helped us and had excellent customer service. She made the process of getting into a storage unit quick and easy. Would recommend Alpine Storage if you are needing a storage unit.

Lili was very helpful and accommodating. Answered all questions I had. Went above and beyond with helping me the get the best price possible for renting a unit! I appreciate the friendliness as well, felt I was welcomed! Thank you alpine storage!
