I don't recommend America first , they are not willing to solve any Issues you may have, they offer something and then they say they can't give you that offer, and the manager I spoke to had a really bad attitude. Only reason I don't close the account inmediately is because I just got a loan. But as soon as I can I will close it.

The automatic system issuing of our new debit cards, because ours are expiring in the next 2 days, never sent out our cards. We called today because we thought it was weird that they hadn't arrived yet.The individual who helped us confirmed that there was an error in the system and our cards were never issued. The individual then told us that we could pay money to "skip the line" to get our cards made. Then the individual said we could pay extra to have them shipped FedEx to our house....So you want me to pay out of pocket for your system messing up?Unbelievably atrocious customer service.

We had adequate collateral and credit for a small loan to "finish our house" (we were clear about this and this was according to AF's own assessment). We had appraisals done, etc. Then after all the time and upheavals they put us through, they said they could not do the loan because the house (over 75 percent complete) was not done. They lied and led us on for six weeks, constantly saying we would sign in a day or two. We are withdrawing our money and business from this inefficient, dishonest and poorly run institution.

Bought a trailer from one of their members in OCT 2021 who had a loan on the trailer. Went down to the branch and did the transaction. The branch said I would receive the title and lien release within 7-10 business days. After that period I had only received the lien release. I went to the DMV thinking that maybe the title had been sent to them (thats what's been done by some banks I have dealt with). The DMV told me that they didn't have the title and that I had to have one to get it registered. I went back to the branch (over 2 weeks from date of purchase) and they told me to wait one more week to see if the title came in the mail. They said if it didn't come they would get me a duplicate. A week later after not receiving the title in the mail I returned the branch AGAIN and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that I needed to go to the DMV to get a duplicate title. Upon returning the the DMV again they gave me an application for a duplicate title that I now have to go BACK to the seller and have them fill out/sign this application. I am so frustrated with Americas First. They didn't send me the title and now it somehow my problem to solve. I bought the trailer from their member and they were the title holders. After the sale that title belongs to me and they don't send it so now I have to run around everywhere trying to fix it. Lesson learned for me is that I will never to business with Americas first again and if I'm ever buying a vehicle from someone where Americas first is the lien holder I will tell them I can't buy it anymore because I'm not willing to deal with Americas first poor customer service.

Way better then the one in Kent’s. I have never had any issues here. The one in kents doesn’t like to accept my ID just because it is not a drivers license (yes it is a government issued ID), however this location is very good and they have never given me issues or denied me access to my own money like the do ever single time I go to the one in kents.

After banking with my current bank for 14 years, I needed a change due to my current bank not meeting my needs anymore. I went to this America First branch to open an account. Within the 2 days that i have been with them, Shalan has done so much for me compared to what my old bank was able to do for me in the last 6 months! Will forever bank with these guys as they were able to assist me in not just one but multiple things within a few days!

NEVER...going to this branch again! My husband waited...and waited at the drive through and no one else was there. He had to push the call button. The girl thought it was funny and not friendly.. Each time has got worse waiting. Went to the branch at Kents and was in and out with friendly service!

The teller London is always very helpful and extremely kind! I’ve never had a problem with her! I love banking at America First, the customer help is great and I get treated respectfully!

I'm so upset at how I was treated and how it shows just how little control over ourselves we actually have. I have an account with a credit union we will call them #americafirstcreditunion I had a line of credit and a credit card with them. I paid my Bill's for them on time. But someone not on my account was no longer eligible to be on the credit card. So with out telling me they closed both accounts with a balance due on them. That messed my credit up bad like really bad. So now I'm not able to refinance my house. When I took a trip to talk to them instead of apologizing they said that anything they do with my money they do not have to I form me and if they did it was a courtesy. So they dropped my credit score over 115 points and basically said go to hell. It was like telling me they can do whatever they want with my money and credit scores and there is nothing I can do about it. #americafirstcreditunion not that you care but you have lost a once loyal customer.
