Went into this store, and the customer service was beyond astounding.
Right away I was greeted and asked what I needed help with. I had the absolute pleasure of having Chris assist me with the services I needed. Positive attitudes, amazing smiles, and very friendly and went above and beyond to help me.
I definitely will be returning to this location for anything I need! (:

This location is terrible and very difficult to work with. When we show up many times the only person is out for an hour lunch. When we do get in half of the time they say you need an administrator on the account just to get a glass screen protector replaced.

My ex has been trying to get her screen protector replaced and today has been the third time trying to get to the store that today now has a sign saying temp closure. So she called the number to try and talk to someone when she did talk to someone they told her that they have limited support for that store. Sounds like a management issue to me. While she was expressing her frustration, maybe not being nice about it because this seems to be problems this location has almost always delt with, they hung up on her!! to me that is not acceptable because you don't know what she is going through and having to go through just to get a screen protector replaced!! I expect so much better from a Large Company that should be trying to get our business from their competitors!!!

If you’re going to have store & hours that it is suppose to open then you should be there. I tried to go to this store 3x’s in 1 week & every time they had some mock up random written note on the door like “gone to lunch” or “temp close” or no posted reason to be closed at all. When I called to complain they just hung on me.

I brought an elderly friend in who was having problems sending email from her phone to her desktop. Jake was WONDERFUL! He deserves more than five stars. He was patient, understanding, and fixed the problem for her! Thank you, Jake. You provided more comfort to my friend than you’ll ever know!

Tyler was really helpful after our user error of setting up our new IPhones. When we first got there he wasn’t sure if it was possible to switch the eSIM card through the store but he was willing to try for us and found a way to resolve the issue for us. He saved us so much time and money from switching over screen protectors ($100 value) and he had a great attitude and sense of humor. Kept us smiling even though it was a frustrating situation. 100% recommend working with Tyler!
