The whole place needs a make over. Employees seem not to care how food is made which resulted in me getting sick last night. When a customer say no vegetables on their hamburger that's what they mean!! Doesn't mean add pickles or whatever on it. READ THE ORDER ON THE SCREEN!! My God you people are lazy! Won't be back again. This is 3 times you messed up my order. I thought 3rd times the charm?? What happened to that? Please read all reviews on this joint. Avoid at all cost

Ok I get it every now and then you get something that is only Luke warm, but this store I have tried four times. First two times food was barely warm third I asked for it to be made fresh and walaa it was nice and hot! So today I went thru drive thru and asked for 2 jalapeño burgers to be made fresh and all I got was negative remarks from the cashier, went straight and paid handed me my food instantly (becuase lack of other customers) i asked how it could be fresh in the 30-45 seconds it took me to pull up to the window, all i got was snappy very unprofessional service and was told ut just came of the broiler. I drove into the parking lot and unwrapped my sandwich and low and be hold it was not freshly made! Luke warm at best.. Andrea L. You have the worst customer service I have ever received to this date in my life!!! Do not think I will ever buy from this or any Carl's Jr. again.

Asked for no onions on our burgers as my hubby is allergic to them. I looked at one of the burgers which I saw no onions on, so we left to eat on the go. Turns out my burger did have onions on it and his DID have but they were REMOVED...which if your allergic to something it does Not work to just Remove the allergic. We had to throw the burgers away. ?

The chicken sandwich I got was terrible. It was so chewy I couldn't even bite through it. $7 dollar sandwich right in the garbage. The sides we got were good but the sandwich made it a bad experience.

This locations was really good food wise, my only complaint was the tables and booths/floors were not kepted up with. 5 ☆'S FOR THE FOOD and the person that waited on me (only) she was really nice and polite.

Make sure you read the reviews. Their hours are arbitrary and they may or may not be open or willing to make your food. Also DO NOT USE THE APP FOR THIS STORE. You will end up with no food and no refunds.I placed a small mobile order at 9:50 was at the restaurant like 1 minute later. there hours say they close at 10. I went to the restaurant and the drive thru lane was blocked so I drove up to the window. I sat there for 5 minutes with several employees seeing me before one came to the window. He opens the window I tell him I have a mobile order and he says drive thru is closed but the inside is open for 5 more minutes. I said it was a mobile order and just need to pick it up.He goes over to the order screen and clears out all the orders. Comes back and says they didnt get the order. I showed it to him. He says okay, we can make that. (9:56 at this point) he goes back and comes back 2 minutes later (9:58) and says oh they put everything away already so we cant make it.So I said okay, can I get a refund? He says you have to call the manager or corporate. So I go to the parking lot try calling the manager. She didnt answer and voicemail was full.Anyways no refund, no food, no resolution.UPDATE: The manager called me this morning and is going to try to send a gift card to cover the cost of the meal.Update 2: they never sent the gift card! DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. if you have to go there do not visit anywhere near closing and do not use their app!

I’ve tried over and over again to eat here throughout the years and every single time it’s NASTY af. Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Food is always either undercooked (yum, raw chicken) or burnt. Never have what I want and it takes FOREVER to get your food. Will never eat here again. AWFUL.

Always slow. I go there in the morning nobody in line ahead of me, I order a single chicken sandwich 20 minute wait. It doesn't matter how many people are or aren't there it is always the same kind of wait as a sit down restaurant just without the quality or the service.

Positive things first;1) The young lady at the cashier station was pleasant and professional.2) My food was made fresh for me.I was craving a decent burger. I know that burgers are not Carl’s Jr.’s strong suit. I like their chicken tenders and their seasonal fish sandwich. Their burgers have always been weak sauce, in my opinion. I saw the prime rib burger. Primal something or other. I ordered this burger, no combo, for $8.39 The bun had a styrofoam quality to it. The patty was straight out of school lunch, circa 1983. The prime rib portion was fatty and stringy. Sauce was good. I watched the employee make my sandwich. It was made with care. If that individual had proper ingredients to work with, his sandwiches would be unstoppable. He was just given garbage to work with. Not his fault.I am still craving a decent burger. Going here feels like the movie, Groundhog’s Day. Fortunately, I will be going by an Iceberg tomorrow. Finally squash that craving.

Every time I order food here it’s horrible and it sucks when you really don’t have any other choice. I’ll eat the Love’s food offerings next time because this Carl’s Jr just plain sucks. The service is also just as bad as their food.

3/22/22@ 1pm- The young lady taking orders was very polite and hard working. Cleaning tables and passing out orders. The food was hot and fresh.
