While everyone else has great reviews about this place I had the worst experience. Recently moved to Utah. I was recommended by a coworker to this place to change my car insurance called in Elizabeth took my call provided me with the information that was needed in order to get a quote called in on Tuesday. I sent in all the information Tuesday by Wednesday afternoon I didn’t receive a call back so I called her to get an update where she informed me that she didn’t receive the information according to her I resent everything she confirmed that she had everything, I asked for turnaround time where she proceeded to say that it wouldn’t be until Friday I guess my questions were bothering her and she caught an attitude to the point where she got aggressive, hung up on me and then emailed me an apology for her actions unfortunately, the email is not enough them being short staffed has nothing to do with us clients trying to get a quote and her attitude and choice of words definitely were not needed. So if you need their services, maybe reconsider or make sure to contact Ron directly since it seems like he’s the only one that gets good reviews here.

Been using Cottle for many years. They have helped insure my personal home, rental properties, various vehicles, and my motorcycle. Brittni at the office, and formerly Angela, have always been incredibly helpful. Very pleased with Cottle Insurance.
