Opening a new account for a small sole proprietorship requires compliance with a lot of government regulations. My paperwork was not completely in order when I went into the Brigham City office, but Heather and others there were knowledgeable and patient, and we were able to complete the task on my second visit. Well done.

Setting up my business banking accounts was easy and I received excellent service. They were even able to setup additional share accounts to make it easier for me to compartmentalize where my funds are placed. I recommend them for anyone who is needing business banking needs.

Golden West credit union is awesome to work with. I went into the Brigham branch. Spoke with Heather went over a few things that I wanted to accomplish with the loan she pulled the necessary reports and boom was all done. She sent me documents through email and electronic online doc you sign in for me, it only took an hour. She’s awesome.

Absolute waist of time. Wanted a rewards card for one of my businesses. Saw their ad on their billboard and went in and applied. Took almost two weeks to get an answer and supplied all the info they asked to back what I told them upfront. Over 3 times ask for more information which I supplied and again it was just what I told them it would be at the beginning. Worst experience I have every had at a credit union and I didn't even need the card. I decided to get a rewards card else where online and it took less than 5 minutes. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Makes me wonder how they are in business.

Saw their billboard ad for a credit card. Thought it would be nice to get a rewards credit card for one of my businesses. Went in and applied. Absolute nightmare. I supplied everything they ask to back up exactly what I told them upfront. Over the next two weeks they kept on requesting more and more. Absolutely ridiculous and total waist of time. I do not recommend.
