“This has always been my go to gym here in Brigham city. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are in great condition although the one on main street is limited on equipment. The prices seemed a little expensive but currently they are running a competitive deal thats the same as the rest of their competitors.”

“The smaller gym I love and I feel at home. The classes they do their are worth it! I feel like we are a big family when we are together working out it feels amazing. I love the teachers ? ❤ and the friends I have made! The bigger gym makes me fill self conscious and that it kinda scares me. One thing I don't like is that the office hours are screwed up! Other than that”

“This is kinda one of my favorite places in the world! The instructors are my friends, the other dancers are my friends. Everyone is welcome and friends with everyone. What a supportive and fun community!!!!Workouts are great... Cardio, Weights, stretching. My favorite hour of the day! I miss this place when I go on vacation, but try to check out other locations or drop in online.”
