“My Internet went down on Saturday night. Turns out it was my equipment. I called Saturday night and left a message. By the time I called Monday morning, as soon as they opened, Mike already had a solution and new equipment is on it's way. Almost 11 years with Brigham Net, and I think I will continue with them. Awesome customer service.”

“I AM SO GRATEFUL for these guys! I was so distraught over my laptop, wondering who could fix this dumb thing. I need it so bad for nursing school. But these guys came to the rescue. Brought my computer in, told me what they'll do, and they set a price beforehand. And gave me an estimated date. And they even got the laptop done before the estimated date! The price was even lower than they originally said. (I don't know if that would be for everyone) If you need help, go to these guys! <3”
