John Adams Park splash pad is a great place for the whole family and great summer fun. It is open seasonally from mid-May to mid-September, with water operating daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Activation requires bare skin on a sensor. The splash pad provides a way for kids to cool off and have a ball, though it sometimes needs a little maintenance with water not coming from half the sprays. It is right next to a huge playground, sports courts, a picnic area with some tables and some shade, and toilets. There is open space, a pavilion, and a bowery right by it. It is recommended to bring your own shade for the splash pad.
The splash pad is open later in the night. I also really enjoy the pressure of the water and all of the different fun activities they have with their splash pad

The water sprays long enough that the kids can play and have fun. There is a button on the ground you press with your foot on the south side of the splash pad! There are lots of things for the kids to do! Bring chairs of you want to sit!

Kids love this splash pad! They need to have more shaded seating, though.
