Their employees truely care!
Can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate this stop. I did two in transit stops herein a camper van. Both times the people were friendly and I slept well. But here is why they standout - on my way a pheasant hit the driverside of my van and took out my side mirror. I told the cashier what happened and she sent me to the service manager at their truck care. It was amazing. He was so kind and helped me get a good secure wayvto attach it and sent me off to Walmart where I was able to get a baby mirror and a Blindspot mirror so I could be on my way in the morning.

This Love's Travel Stop is a hidden gem for weary travelers like me! I stopped by for a quick fuel-up and snack run, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The parking area was well-lit and spacious, making it easy to maneuver my rig.
The convenience store had a wide selection of snacks, drinks, and roadside essentials. The food options were also impressive, with a variety of hot dogs, sandwiches, and fresh fruit available. I grabbed a quick bite to eat and was impressed by the taste and quality.
The staff was friendly and courteous, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth trip. The fuel prices were competitive, and the pumps were efficient and well-maintained. Overall, I'd highly recommend this Love's Travel Stop to fellow travelers. It's a great place to refuel, recharge, and get back on the road!

Extremely rude and unprofessional employees. Had a BOGO coke deal and it didn't properly apply and they argued about and came up with every excuse not to properly honor the coupon they are advertising on the app. Angie was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Wow! A trip of memories. A drive down memory lane (I-84) Same like Fruit town gas, I been here before too! Why back then it was me, Maymay, and The Kid. Grimace and EL Jeffe was on their own journey and didn't stop here. This was when we were all ballin our Hoss trucks back up to heaven (Montana) after we'd been livin rough and tumble in the Unitas! It's just a LOVE-ly as I remember it. Just me this time. Free water!!!!

The shop is disorganized to say the least, completely complacent would be a more accurate description. My driver has been there for over 45 hours waiting to get into the shop, still waiting. Communication is lacking. Sure, holidays slow things down but this is July, not December. Josh, the manager on duty, has tried to get things moving but he is not a technician, nor is he able to force the shop to work. He gets an "E" for effort.

Stoped for truck flat tire service. They are open 24 hours. Dylan was very friendly and very helpful. He was fast and professional. Thanks for getting us back on the road.

Oil change, PM. Everything was good. We had an issue with a Lucus Oil discount, but we got it sorted out.
Drivers, you have to buy your Lucus Oil from the shop to get the $15 discount after your oil change. If you buy it from the store you will not get the discount with your oil change.
As far as everything else, the store was clean, the staff were nice, 10 showers with good ADA configuration, large parking lot with mostly straight backs, Carl's JR. This has been a main break & fuel site for me since it was built.
Note to manager: Please get more zero-carb foods & drinks.
