Fuel pumps are shorting us on Gas!
I have been tracking my fuel milage meticulously and start noticing that randomly I would have terrible fuel milage occasionally on fill-up.
I usually fill-up at Smith's but at times I will fill-up at Maverick.
Finally I connected the dots and realized that it was only when I filled-up at Maverick that I would calculate terrible fuel milage and I realized it was because the fuel pump showed I had pumped approximately 16 gallons when I only got 14.
I wonder how long they have been ripping us off.

Maverick you’re my goat. People have pictures of LeBron James on the wall, but no, I have the maverick logo. The gas is kinda expensive sometimes but that’s ok because you’re the goat. Lower the price of the Arizona to 99 cents please though 🙏 anyway you’re still the greatest gas station Maverik

Good average maverick, very clean and with low gas prices. The employees are nice. Unfortunately if you aren’t in a car there is no safe way to cross the highway.

I rarely purchase more than fuel and monster drinks so my review may not be too helpful. The pumps work well and are cleaned regularly, the interior is clean as well as the exterior. The restrooms are well maintained, stocked and clean. The employees are kind and happy to help. The only issue I've ever come across is the slushee machine, while I fill my tumbler with ice, my eyes tend to wander in boredom, and I noticed the slushee machine shows how long since it's been cleaned and I'm afraid to say it was 34 days passed its need to be cleaned. Now I'm an optimistic person, perhaps it has been cleaned regularly but hasn't been reset or maybe it's broken or it's not cleaned too regularly, I don't know. But that's pretty gross hence the lack of the last star. I continue to buy my monsters and fuel because it's cheaper than many stations in the nearby areas and occasionally I get free items with my purchases.

Do not buy sunglass for this Maverick the employees are idiots. The glasses marked 14.99 ring up 16.99 tryin fro tell me it's sales tax. I'm like then why is there two sales taxes. He had to call a manager to help with a refund and tell me it's into valid. When I originally wanted just the difference returned. After all that and he sits them on their lens I'm like you can just take them back completely I'm not paying over $3 in sales tax if they want to include the $2 for the over charge of the 14.99. Use to love this place but wow.

Dont know his name but it was 8-22-23 about 11:30 at night the young man at the register thought it would be funny to tell me my card had declined as a joke. With the amount of anxiety that can cause i dont think that should ever be joked around with to a customer.
