“Oh my gosh this storage facility is just right for our trailer, not only is it just down the street from us, the customer service is amazing!! First of all we changed units with the office in order to get a larger space. At that time I had accidentally rented the wrong unit ( MY MISTAKE), then we realized what I had done with having given the lady the wrong unit number, so I called her and asked for a different unit and informed her of my mistake..she was very helpful, nice and understanding, also she was very accommodating with finding us a different unit in which it would be easier for us to back into! I highly recommend this storage facility, their prices are fair, there are several different sizes of units available and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would have ever expected!!! Thank you Val for having so much patience and being so easy to work with!! You all are wonderful and we will be customers of yours for life!!!”
