I recently transferred my prescriptions to Smiths from another local pharmacy because they were so rude. My first refill seemed more expensive but I didnt have time to question it. A second prescription in the same week I was helped by a tech named Lisa and she took the time to ask me about insurance and my cards were digital on my phone in the car so she had me just call the numbers in and it save me a few dollars and I was so grateful. But then she called me back later and said she reran my prescriptions from earlier in the week and got me even more of a refund!!! She was so patient and helpful. The other pharmacy in town by the hospital…. their techs never took time and acted put out and angry all the time. Thank you Lisa!!!

We came rushing in here 6 minutes before closing straight from the doctor's office. My son had pneumonia and we were really wanting to start him on his meds as soon as possible. They were so kind and understanding and filled his prescriptions without a single complaint. Very impressed with their customer service.

Highly impressed about the excellent service there. The lady at the drop off was great and the pharmacy people that explain your prescription super helpful and beautiful souls. The cashier was awesome she gave me two different syringes for my child's medicine. Way to go wonderful people.

I think the Brigham City Smith's pharmacy is being intentionally dense to try and make more money. Last time I went to fill my order of 365 pills, they only gave me 30 pills... and charged me $30 for them. Today, I specifically called in and TOLD the pharmacist that my prescription says 365 pills and I expect to receive that many. When I went in, they tried to give me only 90 pills... for $40. Then, they tried to argue when I insisted I get the correct amount. I stood firm, and got all 365 pills...for $80. If I had allowed them to dish out my pills in amounts of 30 a pop, I'd have paid $360 for a year's worth. If I'd given into their argument for 90, it'd still be $160. They KNOW the medicine is cheaper in bulk. I suspect they're doing this ON PURPOSE.I will also note that I've NEVER had this problem at Smiths Ogden.

Michael, who works in the pharmacy, won’t refill my prescriptions for being “unreasonable.” Cause when they’re out of stock and can’t fill the rest of my prescription and when I ask for the rest of it to be filled when they have it that Is being “unreasonable.” Who knew. He’s a dick and a half. Or lack there of. I’ll gladly fill elsewhere.

This is an excellent Smith's location! It's not the Smith's of my dreams yet or anything, but it is great. Staff is consistent helpful & friendly. It's well stocked and well laid out. Parking lot can be a little bit of a nightmare, but they provide an overall pleasant shopping experience.
