It's very convenient for me because of where I work, almost coincidental....

I’ve had nothing but great experiences in this store over the last year. Staff always present and friendly. Manager has been great to work with.

Imagine three stores in one (true value, standard plumbing, and Sprinkler World) that is physically between Walmart, South Fork Hardware, and near an Ace Hardware. It carries nothing those mentioned stores don't already carry, and even less stuff. Where it differs is that it is closed more often, and has weird customer service vibes: maybe because they think they specialise in contractors despite clearly being for general consumers.I live very close to them and it's 100% better to act like they don't exist and go further because, far more often than not it's a waste of time and you have to go to one of the other stores anyway and you'll find yourself irritated that such a seemingly large store is either always closed or never has the item you need.

Tried calling 3 times at 5:19. They say they're open until 6. It didn't go to voice mail. They literally hung up on my three times. I normally don't review businesses, but I really needed help finding a part to fix my dishwasher. I was hoping they could save the day.

Just off 1100 south you'd think it'd be easy to get to the store, but it's a labyrinth just to get to the parking lot. Once you get to the store, you walk into a store that is well stocked, but rarely has anything you need. I've been doing a lot of reconstruction/remodeling lately and only once have I found what I was looking for. As for customer service: non-existent. The help isn't. Employees, once they are found, remain strictly behind the counter and seem too terrified to leave their safe space to help a customer find what they are looking for or need (this is pre-Covid as well). It's a newer store that looks well-kept. I honestly don't know how they keep the place open, though, since customer service is apparently their lowest priority, with merchandise barely above that.

I’ve been to this beautiful new store four times now. They have a great inventory.Unfortunately, the people they have working there are neither helpful or friendly. It’s the norm here for all the staff to be huddled near the checkout area, looking at their phones or the floor. You guys have the opportunity to succeed, or not. Right now you’re screwing it up.
