I am so impressed with their customer service! I made an order online and after a week it still hadn’t been shipped off. I emailed to ask if I could pick my order up, if that would be easier. I got the kindest reply letting me know what was going on with my order and they sent me what they could right away. When I got my first package, they went the extra mile to make up for the delay. I got everything I ordered in a timely manner and they were so sweet! I will be looking at their shop for more things that I need. They really took care of me.
