Extremely unprofessional. For these guys it's less about service and more about lazily collecting what little they can as they await the inevitable. Unfortunately alternatives are tough in a small town.

When I had a package misplaced they worked with me personally until the package was found. Fantastic customer service!

Does anyone work here? They never answer the phone during business hours and I’ve had multiple packages marked as delivered that never were. I’m about ready to report the packages as stolen to the police.
