I ordered a hemp product from a legitimate website for my husband… My package didn’t come and it said it had arrived at the Brigham city post office. When I went to check on my package, the lady there informed me that the postal inspector had taken the package and accused me of mailing something illegal. Saying to me in front of everyone “that is what happens when your mail contains something illegal.” My product definitely was not illegal and they have now released the hold. But the lady was so rude to me and so condescending in the way that she talked to me. She was a pretty middle-aged woman and next time I go in there, I will get her name so I can add it to this review. She also talked to me with a disgusted look, and like she was talking down to me. She spoke loud enough for everyone to hear And not in a pleasant tone. I usually love everyone in Brigham city But I hope this post office does better. That was really humiliating for me. She offered me no solution and I had to find the phone number To contact the postal inspector myself. I just feel like people like that Should not work in customer service.. Especially if tax dollars pay your wages!

Absolutely awful! I lost the receipt for a package I sent out and called to find out where it was, as it was supposed to be delivered days ago. I spend forever on the phone trying to contact them only to be met with AI that wouldn’t get me on the phone with an agent. Over all you just need to go in person if you have problems or need something cause trying to call is a waste of time.

Seems like the brigham city usps has a problem with not delivering packages or answering their phone. Last 3 packages have been marked delivered but weren't at the address one we got luck and package was next door second one we got lucky and a neighbor 3 blocks away brought it to the house and did the usps job better then they could 3rd package has yet to be found. It's not hide and seek its I bought an item and it should be delivered correctly. Do better Brigham city post office you guys have been horrible lately and need to have charges for theft pressed.

When I had a package misplaced they worked with me personally until the package was found. Fantastic customer service!

Does anyone work here? They never answer the phone during business hours and I’ve had multiple packages marked as delivered that never were. I’m about ready to report the packages as stolen to the police.

I don’t know when the US Postal Service thought it was appropriate to walk across people’s lawns to “save time” but it’s incredibly lazy and disrespectful! Leaving a trail on my lawn when there’s a sidewalk in front of my house is annoying, all to deliver pointless junk mail!

Came in today to pay and ship a box. The guy said it needed to be in the proper package. Long story short, my box just needed tape and they would not provide a piece of 12” boxing tape.

I've become good friends with the employees at this post office. They are all super kind and helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile. The line never lasts very long here. By far my favorite post office of all time.

I have not received my mail for close to a month now. I had important packages from my bank And others delivered back to them stating does not live at this address. I have double check the address and it is correct. When they were told about this issue, I was told. Well, we can try this fix, but if it doesn't work, there's nothing we can do because we don't know where your mail is. How do they not have something set up to fix issues like this!!!!! What can I do to get my mail.....?!!?? No wonder there reviews are the worst I've ever seen.

due to their Authoritarian style approach to their customer service skills. I'm unsure if I've had a worse experience anywhere else. Unwilling to listen and work through an issue the customer service representative went straight to threats instead of helping to solve the issue. I wish the USPS had to earn our business and other carriers start competing with them for any type of mail service.

I got called out of town for work so I put my mail on hold on the USPS website. When I arrived back in town I went to the Post Office in Brigham City to pick up my mail, showed my driver's License, and the man refused to give me my mail. He said I needed to talk to the Manager (who was not there at the time) before I could have my mail. I told the man I was only in town for one day and I was headed back out of town early in the morning. He still would not give me my mail. So they are basically holding my mail hostage! Isn't mail hold something they offer? I did everything according to the USPS rules! I guess since it is a small town, they are allowed to make their own rules, and violate federal laws regarding mail?I have called every day during business hours and can't get anyone to answer the phone. I have been on hold with the 1-800 number they also provided for about 45 minutes now!What the WHAT????And how can I get my mail?
