Roderick was absolutely phenomenal! He was extremely informative in a way that I actually understood and gave me all of my options laid out in an organized way. I felt 100% confident and capable of making the best decision to meet my needs because he addressed each feature of each phone and plan so I knew what would work best for my situation. He was thorough, quick, kind and supportive. My daughter and I walked away and said, "man, usually we're over it by the time we're done getting a new phone set up, but tye time flew quickly because he was so good and helpful!" Rodrick should definitely be recognized for his expertise and especially his personable, humble way of presenting that to customers. I am so glad he was there to help me transition phones! The process was 1,000 times better because of his help.

Tyler was great. We actually walked in after he was closed but when he looked up or accounts and saw we had great upgrade deals, he stayed for another 1.5 hours to get our awesome new phones and accessories ready to go. Thank you, Kyler. I'll definitely be recommending your store to everyone.

The individual that helped me was fantastic. He stayed past closing, was very thorough and was able to find savings on my account and purchases. The only negative was there was only one individual working, so I was there for over two hours. During my time there two other customers left, which is a sales loss. I think the store needs to employees assisting customers.

My man & I went to the store in Brigham City around 5pm on April 1st. We were both getting new phones, I was actually going to Tmobile afterwards bcuz they're my carrier. But we ended up having a GREAT experience at Verizon with Kyler!! He was very PROFESSIONAL, UNBELIEVABLY NICE & PATIENT!He greeted us right as we walked in, he attended to us every step of the way, VERY FRIENDLY!! There was another customer who he needed to help, he made sure to check on both of us so we didn't feel ignored, my favorite part about this experience is I didn't feel pressured to do anything, buy anything, Kyler wasn't pushy at all, he was VERY GENUINE in his work, I felt so comfortable & happy that I ended switching over to Verizon with my man! I actually really hate it when people try to over sell me, especially when they're pushy & in my face, but Kyler made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into! I'm not a woman that likes change or embraces it, but Kyler was able to get me to change to Verizon & get some camera guards without me feeling pressured at all!! He went ABOVE & BEYOND!! He even stayed 1hr & 15 min past his closing time to help set up our phones with no problem at all! He was AMAZING & I definitely recommend Kyler to anyone!!

What an awful experience! Enrique barely acknowledged that we were even in the store as we waited for an hour for him to get our in-store pickup order. Emily came in a while later and finally helped us get our pickup order. They were not personable or welcoming, the store itself is in disarray with holes in the walls and floors as well as plywood around the door. Don’t come here. Just drive a bit farther to go to a corporate Verizon store!
EDIT: We got home with the new phone and it wasn’t correctly set up. ??♀️ Thank goodness for the virtual assistant on the Verizon app!
