Most cowardly group of individuals I have ever tried to work with in a professional manner. Once you call and talk to them and try to work things out, they block your number for any future discussions. Instead of taking onus for their responsibilities, they shy away from it and expect others to take on their responsibilities. Their semi’s are unsafe on the roads I need to be reported to DOT every time they are out and about. I would not recommend using this company due to their lack of unprofessionalism and childish manners in which they exhibit on a daily basis.
