We just purchased our second Raptor, we sold our Gen 2 last year, and this experience was truly one we’ll never forget. From the moment we walked into the beautiful new store, it was clear this team takes pride in what they do.
Our 3-year-old son has spent the past year telling his mom he was saving his pennies to buy her a new Raptor. When the day finally came, he proudly brought in his piggy bank, dumped it out on Elliot’s desk, and said he was ready to buy Mommy her truck. Elliot, our Finance Manager, made that moment unforgettable, letting him “sign” the paperwork and treating it like the most important deal of the day.
Mike, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to make it happen. He somehow managed to dealer trade an already exclusive, hard-to-get Raptor and found the exact truck my wife wanted. He made the entire process effortless and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish.
Thank you again to Mike, Elliot, and the entire team for turning a vehicle purchase into a forever family memory. You didn’t just help us get a Raptor, you helped a little boy make good on his promise to his mom… and now, he’s already saving his pennies to do it all again, this time to buy Daddy a “Ford Dually.

Very happy with experience at Young Ford Brigham. Mechanic even showed me how to replace fuel filters and properly cycle system before starting. Great customer service, amazing shop and everyone was amazing!

This place is terrible go somewhere else. Their mechanics suck and are obviously not ASE certified.
First off I must say how amusing it was for the manager of this awful place tried to contact me to make things right lol.
To places like this making things right means a conversation “maybe” a $5 gift card to a place you can’t purchase anything for $5 and oh a good-luck. They don’t care or really do anything to help.
It’s no wonder they are building a new facility near Perry because they have been ripping everyone off in Brigham for years.
Took my truck here for lower control arm replacement was given a quote of $1,450.00 and would be ready in few days.
So after a week of waiting the parts weren’t available as they were purchasing parts from local ORiley auto parts how pathetic is that.
Waited another 3 days for main bolts that weren’t even the correct ones but was charged $300.00 for 4 bolts. Seriously this place will rip you off as I ended up paying over $2,690.00 for crap work terrible service and micky mouse parts.
Mechanic broke my CV axle as well trying to install I was told I was not charged for that but oh I was more than likely why the invoice was another $600.00 Now my actuator in my front end makes a clunking sound when turning to the right in 4wd. Do yourselves a favor go to Ed Kenley ford in Layton. My personal advice and opinion from experience also STAY AWAY FROM EVERY “YOUNG” DEALERSHIP IN UTAH.

I don’t trust the Ford dealership in my town so I take my car to Young Ford in Brigham City. They have quickly found the few but annoying issues I’ve had with my car. They were efficient and offered great communication. Young Ford in Brigham City has a service department that flies in the face of negative ‘dealership service reputation’.

Fabulous place.
Friendly people, super helpful and worked hard to diagnose and get us back on the road. Shout out to Brett for really making it happen. Being stranded a long way from home isn't any fun but Young Ford really made it painless. You'll feel like family there.

I when too a Big O and two dealers with my 2014
Subaru and nobody could tell me what’s wrong. The check engine light was on and that usually indicates an oil change. But the oil was just changed . Went to Regan at Young Ford and now I won’t go to anywhere else. They diagnosed and fixed a problem nobody else found. Gave me solid advice to make my SUV last longer and run better.
Don’t have a Ford? No worries. They have experts on all makes.

Place is a rip off don't care about customer service, way more expensive for all their parts than other ford dealership, very poorly trained lube techs, with a service manager who could care less and blames the customer., even when presented with photographic evidence of their poor work.
