Hard to get a reservation since everyone wants to stay here, but we got in. My room was nicely appointed for a national park although dont expect a TV (take a 5 minute walk to the rim and watch the sunset instead!), and you cannot beat the location.

Broken knobs on cabinets that were more of a frustration than anything else. Some cleaning issues as the walls had some moisture run and the droplets stained the walls in master bedroom of cabin. But was still worth it for the views.

The cabins and lodge rooms are not luxurious by any means, but are clean and comfortable and just steps from the canyon rim. However: At the time we booked (well in advance) we were told that we could only have a cabin for three of the five nights, requiring a move from cabin to lodge room. On the day we moved form the cabin to the lodge, they offered to porter our luggage — but they lost the luggage. I twice told the desk that the phone wasn’t working, and they didn’t bother to replace it. They did not make up the room, aside from rudimentary cleaning. They didn’t even make the bed. There was inadequate heat at the cabin. We stayed in mid-October when overnight temps were in the 20s and 30s, and the cabin would only get warm enough if we turned on the gas fireplace. There is no WIFI, and cell service is spotty. Food options are limited. A place to get takeout sandwiches would be a real bonus.

It’s hard to beat the location so that is a major bonus. However, the National Park Mgmt. and Aramark management should really consider a major overhaul. The staff were great but clearly they are running this place on a shoestring budget. The towels in our room were stained and clearly past their prime. Breakfast and dinner was served on styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery. After staying in the Zion lodge, and paying the same price, this was very disappointing. I truly hope they work on improving quality. This was really disappointing.

Comfortable clean rooms. Be aware no TV. The restaurant in the Lodge is excellent. October - Great buffet for breakfast and lunch. Lunch has a menu too but with salads, soup and elk chili and cobbler and pudding for dessert this was definitely all we needed. The elk chili was great if you like a spicy chili. Lodge is an easy walk to the rim for the rim walk or great sunrise and sunset pictures. We did all five Utah Parks this year and Bryce Canyon was my favorite.

This is a great place to stay as long as you manage your expectations and are clear about the “why”. You don’t come here for a luxury stay, or for modern conveniences. You come here for the phenomenal location and five minute walk from one of the most impressive natural sights in the US. It is amazing to be able to walk to Bryce Canyon’s sunrise point in literally 10 minutes early morning and not have to worry about packing things, leaving early and whether there will be parking available. The rooms (we stayed in a room at the Sunrise Unit) are very dated, probably not updated since the 80s, very dark, but clean. There was quite a bit of noise from neighboring units, it wasn’t the most soundproof room I’ve ever stayed at for sure. But all in all, super convenient and a great option to ensure you have easy access to Bryce.Walkability: Very close to Bryce Canyon’s most prominent view points

Shocking and disorganised company running a nice property in a stunning location. Booked in November 2022 to stay for 2 nights in September 2023. Received written confirmation and paid for first night. Arrived to find they did not have our reservation and apparently this is happening so often they hold back empty rooms to handle it! Found us another better room and said it would not cost any more (so far, so good) and got written confirmation of this. Checked out and found that 2 days later we were charged for a further 2 nights instead of 1 and at the wrong and higher rate. Refusing to repay the monies owed (nearly $500)!!Their system also generated a phantom booking for October 2023 which we did not make. They are now trying to charge one night for that as if we had made the booking and not turned up. Unbelievable! It's a shame because the lodge is nice, but not worth the trouble of the company running it.

Dining Room - Pleasant and helpful staff! There's a pizza cabin out front, but the quesadilla was really great here. So was the chicken Caesars salad! Well be back for sure! Thank you Peggy!

We stayed in a room at the Sunset Lodge. It was quaint. It didn't have a cabin feel and there were no special amenities. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient.
